So far it has been a good unit

I bought this chair two months ago. The arm rest padding has completely shifted to where there isn't any on three quarters of it and it's bunched up on the one side. The padding in the seat itself is flattened. I didn't realize it doesn't lock back, only goes back when you push with your body. The material used on the arm rests rub on my arms and was scraping skin off. I ended up putting fuzzy socks over them to prevent this from happening since the return window was short. It's an ok chair for the price but would have returned if I could still.

This is a good chair. Affordable and comfortable. The back is tall and the seat is wide and long.

The seat itself is fairly comfortable for long sessions at a computer, however, the armrests are ridiculously high to where they aren't useable. I'm 5'-11" and I feel they are much too high for any sitting position (and aren't adjustable). I'd recommend finding another chair unless you're a T-Rex!!! The tests end up being 4-6 inches taller than they should be!

Easy to assemble, everything came nicely packaged. Look folks every office chair you read reviews about will have bad reviews. I don't care how expensive it is...I bought this chair because it was mid price range in MY BUDGET. No way I would spend top dollar for something that is NOT a one size fit all body type. But good buy here.

Easy to assemble, several comfort adjustments. You may have to grease the springs for rocking mode.

Update: it's been about a week and now the fabric staples under the seat of the chair are falling out. Disappointed and hope the seller sees this.Love how supportive this chair is for your whole back. Lumbar support is solid and overall all the cushions are great quality. I'm 5'4" about 130 and this chair is a little wide, but perfect to sit cross-leg or normal in depending on the mood. Love the folding arms and easy assembly!
