Worked great at first, then nada
Product worked great at first, but a firmware update came through one night about two months ago, hasn't worked since. Repeated attempts to obtain a user login id and password to access Mocet's support website have gone unanswered. Great concept, poorly executed. No support. Appears that I now have an expensive paperweight on my hands. Would not recommend at this point.

Fantastic!!!
I have had this product for more than a month. I like it so well I ordered a second iPad 3 to dedicate to it. I use it buy my bed for the "built in telephone service" plus all the things that the iPad adds to this unit. I can not recommend this unit high enough. There is so much that the iPad and the Communicator can do (together). To "really" see the power of this unit go to YouTube and search for "Communicator"... you will be impressed!

Great idea but bad implementation
The support for this does not exist. I was able to get it to work half way. Will not use the wifi from your iPad. You have to buy the additional wifi they sell separately. Great idea but bad implementation.

Great Productivity Device
Create Product. Bought 4 Communicator iPad Docking Stations for the Home Office / Office. Works great with our Voice over IP Provider Vocalocity.Setup one unite to be completely wireless. Works w/o a problem. Besides being used as an office phone (all the cool iPad features come as a bonus) it is being used in a conference room as a speaker phone. All units work great with WebEx / Join Me and Skype iPad apps.Great customer services. Can't wait for the new versions to be launched.
