Extremely Disappointed - Received Damaged and Poor Quality Carpet
I am extremely disappointed with my purchase of this carpet in the color maroon. The product I received was far below my expectations in both quality and condition. Not only did the carpet feel cheap and poorly made, but it also arrived in a damaged state. When I unwrapped it, I was horrified to discover that it appeared to have been cut directly in the center, making it completely unusable.This kind of damage suggests either poor quality control or careless handling, which is unacceptable for any product, especially something like a carpet that's supposed to be a key part of home decor.For anyone considering this product, I would strongly advise not buying it. The combination of shoddy craftsmanship and the fact that it arrived in such a ruined state makes it hard to believe this was a new item at all. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this carpet to anyone.
