To anyone who needs it:It’s anything you’d expect from an inkjet printer. It will print on anything absorbent like paper, canvas, cotton, cardboard, cardstock, wood etc. WILL NOT print legibly on satin ribbons, glittery cardstocks, acetate and the like.Does it print nicely on absorbent materials? Yes it does. The outputs look nice and crisp like how a regular inkjet printer would print. Would it print on dark materials? It will, but won’t be as legible as bright materials.Max height on printing is 5/8inch and length is infinite though expect that it would have ink smudges or stuff if u print too long.So, does it wash out? Yes it washes out and smudges with little water as you’d expect from an inkjet printer.My printer didn’t print blue properly at first and turned out to be a faulty cartridge which i think is a common issue. Was easily solved by messaging customer service. They respond fast and are really nice so not sure y others say customer service don’t reply.Printmaker app is a little clunky and doesn’t have much functions. Sometimes, even the alignment doesn’t even function properly. So, don’t expect much from the app. This is best used with an iphone/ipad i think. The few functions it has would even be more limited if u use it with a desktop lol. I hope they make the app a little better.My only gripe is app caz it’s very limiting to the point that the design can’t even get centered as the alignment function always puts it a little away from the center. So i only print starting from the left and measure it manually which is time consuming.Printmaker is not necessary if you have a home printer, but is definitely cute, handy and useful. I’d recommend it if someone will use it for a hobby like me, but would not recommend it for business use. Again, it’s time consuming to align designs properly and app is clunky.

This product is a neat concept, but was a disappointment on so many levels. I initially had trouble connecting through bluetooth, because after downloading the app, I declined the option to allow the device to connect via bluetooth. I then had trouble using the promo code for the 1 year subscription and contacted customer service. Apparently this is a known issue with iPhones and was told to give it 24hrs and try again. I then had trouble figuring out how to install ink cartridge, and any links/QR codes provided on the packaging do not work. Once I finally connected and ready to print, nothing would print. It took several passes of blanks to finally get some color...RED. Ultimately, red was the only color that would print even though all colors (RBY) were present on the ink head. Overall, the experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

The print quality is the same as a commonly used inkjet printer. The print height is about 14.4 to 14.5 mm. It is a very good hardware. However, the app is very inconvenient. Please release the app as "OPEN SOURCE CODE". This printer will be useful if more third-party apps are made.

First of all, I would give it 5 stars if there was better support for this product in the way of ink options. I know that there are fast drying inks out there and even UV cured inks. However, I have yet to find any information on any interchangeable inkjet cartridges. If anyone knows what cartridges (if any) are compatible outside of the OEM ones, I'd love to know. The printer does a great job and the colors and app are all good to go. Okay, the app isn't perfect, it's a little clunky, but it's doable. I read so many negative reviews about the printer and the app, but so far I haven't had any issues other than I do wish they would introduce alternative color fast cartridges for nonporous surfaces. They really missed the boat 🚢 on this one. But, just in case the manufacturer reads these, it's never too late...Meanwhile, I will have to try to come up with a suitable hack for forcing this gadget to print on nonporous surfaces without smearing.

I use this mostly for crafting but I’ve also used for addressing mail. I also got the additional print sets and they are helpful. I had some issues connecting to it at first but now it works flawlessly. Get an additional ink cartridge because printing labels, stickers and envelopes is addictive and you go through the ink quickly.

This device is no longer supported and cartridges are hard to find. I bought this on Amazon and it wouldn’t connect at all.I bought another new one on EBay that did connect but won’t print the colors properly. My research shows that this device has been unreliable since it first came out with no improvements. Now it is basically obsolete unfortunately.

I really wanted to love this. One of the colors doesn’t work at all. It’s a fickle piece of equipment and the ink only seems to work when you use a warm compress. Also super difficult to get ink for it. Idea is solid, execution not so much.

This was an impulse buy so I wasn't expecting much. Hence I was not very disappointed.Firstly it took a good while to connect and use with my Samsung s23 ultra. Then it had a lot of.connection issues.and.occasional.app crashes..When it printed it worked ok..had to apply just the right amount of pressure and glide properly. Which was not always easy to do.Colour quality was inconsistent as well.Ink and cartridge often clogged and required cleaningAll in all.it required too much effort..I would not recommend unless you are looking to be techie and use have it as a conversation piece for an evening or slow night.
