This is a fair priced, well built aluminum radiator!

Stock hoses will not fit and plugs are not tight
Well, this radiator does fit inside the core support and underneath the radiator shroud in a 1984 Monte Carlo SS be advised that you will not be able to use your stock upper radiator hose. The diameter of the connection is larger than the stock radiator so therefore the hose will not slide on. Just an add on here once I now have fluid through it. This radiator leaks at the overflow nipple and at the air conditioning plugs. Please check those plugs are tight before you install. Also, they must’ve had a shortage of thread tape because there was barely any on those plugs, and it leaked out like a faucet. The overflow nipple was cross threaded and didn’t have any tape on it either and now I’m currently looking for another nipple and I will need to tap and re-thread the hole. 1 star is too high. I regret buying this

The trans color lines stripped out way too easy and never sealed. Went to try and tighten them to stop the leak and it would just gave without much psi at all. Waste of money.

This is the correct radiator to fit into an 87 Gbody.
Fits right the first time & looks & functions well.
