DPAccessories D5142P-2305/20 20 Black 1/2-20 Closed End Duplex XL Spline Lug Nuts for Aftermarket Wheels Wheel Lug Nut

Used these to mount new wheels on my Bad Boy mower. I read reviews that some black coated lug nuts would have paint flaking, so I hand torqued these rather the using an impact wrench. I experienced no problems with the fit or finish.

I needed to replace the closed end spline lug nuts on my '92 Ford Explorer. Price and quality are important to me. These closed end XL spline lug nuts were a perfect choice.

These lug nuts are perfect for my 96 Bronco. I was looking for nice black lug nuts for my new black wheels and I bought a generic multi spline set at the local auto parts store. Unfortunately those lug nuts were too short and began to bottom out on the studs. I looked at many auto parts stores and could not find any longer ones at all so I went online and found these. They are perfect! Way bigger than the generic cheap ones. The picture in this review is of the two different lug nuts, the original auto parts ones and these DP ones. The thread size is identical between the two and as you can tell that these DP ones are way bigger and better. They are perfect for my Bronco as the other ones looked too small and were not long enough. Also the quality of these is much better and the threads are cleaner and stronger. I could not recommend them more. Also they arrived in 2 days with standard shipping! The included key is very nice and heavy duty as well. Another great part about these is you can only remove them with the included key as they are larger than the generic ones at the auto parts stores so nobody else can come along and remove you wheels with their generic key!
