Is the bottle Refillable?

No, it is not refillable. If you prefer the refillable bottle, Ulta sells their store brand of this type item. Ulta Watermelon Facial Mist and it is refillable. I have used that and it is a good product and not as pricey.

To Use As A Hydrating, Glow Mist: From 8-10 inches away, firmly press nozzle and mist 2-3 times across face. Hold closer to face for maximum dewy effect. Use throughout the day.
