Great flying drone for the money
I bought one of these cause the price was right and I like Parrot products It flew fine right out of the box and the condition seemed like new. I have bought a number of these refurbished products and they have always looked new or nearly new. On it's second flight I brushed the sideways flip feature with insufficent altitude. The flip caused it to hit the ground which broke the axle. I fixed it with a bit of aluminum tubing. I liked the product and the price so I gave the first to an interested neighbor and ordered another. The neighbor was flying it inside his living room on his first try with no instruction or experience - I just handed him the controls. When the second one arrived today, it was missing the axle so I am contacting the seller to get another with the axle. The drone flies well without the wheels but it adds a steadying effect and a safety advantage when flying indoors. These are great little drones for the money They are steady in flight and easy to control which is not always the case with other drones I own. I use both the Parrot controller and the IPhone ap and both work fine.Both my drones came with 3 batteries, 1 in the box and 2 in new packaging.

Use the correct app to fly
I like parrot. I had same problem controlling the drone. There are MANY MANY apps. I downloaded 4 different ones. When I found the right one, worked great. Apps connect and take over many things about flight. Flying drones is not easy. The correct flight app takes care of connection issues, flight issues in fact most of the problems people who gave 1 star ratings. The actual parrot app is not always the best. Because people use different phones check your phones app store.

I connected the drone to my phone but instead of holding the position after taking off it 's fly straight forward and I can 't cotrol it. Not possible to update drone software.

Not even refurbished.
Not really sure how this product was sold as refurbished. The drone body panels are broken and don't stay connected to the main frame. The battery is warped and is unable to charge. Battery connectors don't line up with the drone when trying to install a fresh battery. Poor quality.

Refurbished and works good.
A good drone for indoors, it’s bluetooth so it hasn’t got much range. I got a refurbished one and it works fine. Can still be used outside, but limited range

Would not buy again
I don't know what constitutes "certified Refurbished", but when I got this the propellers were nicked and bent, and it didn't take off properly. It gets maybe half and inch off the ground and then begins to fly fast in one direction. It only flies (without crashing) if I use free-fall detection mode and takeoff by tossing it. Attitude control is stable but horizontal movement control is really bad. Sonar feedback has lots of lag. Also battery seems to be really used up. Getting less than 3 min flight time on full charge.

Excellent drone!! Easy to use!!
Was a bit skeptical when I saw that it was refurbished. I have been using it now for some time and it works amazing. Very easy to learn how to fly it. Some of the amazing features are the camera, and the wheels that can be put on which preotect it from breaking when bumping into something
