Incomplete
One of the side shelves were not routed so I couldn’t attach the shelf. It’s also lightweight and cheap looking. I’m making it work for now

Great design and wood - CHEAP SCREWS, heads stripped
We enjoy this, but STRONGLY recommend that you buy and use better quality wood screws. Fortunately we had some; because 25% of the screws which came with the piece stripped - whether we used a professional wrench or the "L" wrench which was supplied. But the finished piece is very nice.

Awful quality
This showed up broken just from shipping. None of the prices were well assembled either, so I know it won't last long.

Cost more then it’s worth.

Not eco-friendly & not bamboo
These shelves are not bamboo. And this much styrofoam should make it illegal to call this environmentally friendly. What a scam

Wheels are terrible!
The media could not be loaded. This "cart" was the only one I could find that was long and narrow enough for my needs. It fits all my laundry items, handheld vacuum and accessories and air compressor. My laundry stuff was previously split between a small storage container for the smaller items, and the laundry detergent ingredients underneath my sink. The rest of the non laundry stuff was stored amongst my camping gear in a pile in my closet aka very frustrating to get to! This is five stars for helping me get organized but not without caveat: the wheels only encase two of the sides so they do slip on the exposed side no matter how hard you tighten the nut to the screw. Normally I would consider other means to get the wheel to stay in place, but the wheels are so terrible with their 360 degrees turning that to simply pull out in one direction is nearly impossible with all cheaply constructed wheels turning different ways. The solution is likely to remove the wheels and add felt padding to the legs or add two fixed wheels in the back and two blocks on the front to keep it level while showing me to pull it out out by lifting the front and letting the back wheels roll in the one direction. At the price point they sold it for I shouldn't have to do that. I will likely keep it because it is the only thing that fits versus much wider carts or ones half the length. I did get a $2 credit for the 6 missing screws which was barely enough for me to go to the store and buy 6 new screws that do not match the others. It is a good shelf but not a good "cart".
