Good product if used right.
These work good if you follow the instructions. Don’t over use them.

See results after a week.
I've tried other diuretics that I never see results from after a week of use. After day 4 of using xpel and see very noticeable shrinkage in my thighs and lower stomach. It's important to take 16 a day to see these results. 4 in the am, 4 midday, and 4 in the evening. I also lower my water to about 45 oz a day instead of 80oz.

Fantastic
I have used Xpel on and off for many many years it’s a great product. I have recommended it to many people both men & woman and those who work out hard and those who don’t but are looking to drop some temporary water weight. In the past I bought it at my local vitamin store but when I discovered it on Amazon a few years ago I ordered it right away n it is half the price the 2pack bundle is an amazing deal.

Reduces puffiness on face
This was my second product that I have used for to eliminate water retention. The first one I bought was from the grocery store that didn't work . Xpel worked within the hour I took it. You have to make sure you are taking at least 7-8 cups of water to avoivd cramps. I used it for three days and saw a different in the puffiness on my face..
