This is a great curling iron. Exactly what I was looking for. I recently saw it at a salon that was selling it for double this amount, so I’m happy I checked Amazon first. I use it with a styling product to hold my curl longer.

Great price, heats up so fast. Perfect curls. Easy to use and has a little if different temperatures to choose from.

I have always struggled with "clip style" curling wands. I do not with this one! I love the heat control too.

I picked up this Hot Tools curling iron after my L’ange curling iron quit on me in less than a year—super frustrating because I really liked how that one curled my hair. I was hoping this would be a comparable replacement.At first, I was skeptical. The finish on the wand isn’t as slick as the L’ange, and since I have somewhat frizzy hair, I wasn’t sure if it would smooth and curl the same way. But after using it a few times, I’m happy to report—it works great! My curls look nice, and it handles my hair better than I expected.One thing to note: the clip handle is a bit bulky and can be a long stretch to manage, especially if you have smaller hands or short fingers. Luckily, I’ve got what I call “man hands,” lol, so it’s not a deal-breaker for me. But it might be for others!Overall, I’m happy with this curling iron and would recommend it—just keep the handle size in mind depending on your hand size and grip strength.

Strong and durable curling iron

I originally bought this curling iron from Ulta for $75 DOLLARS which was totally ridiculous. I mean it held up it's end of the bargain and I love the way my hair looks when I use the curling iron but $75 for anything hair related is a bit expensive for me. I ended up misplacing or losing that curling iron somewhere and found the exact same one here on amazon for more than half the price. (At the time) I ordered it immediately and it was shipped to me fairly quickly. I love that you can adjust the heat and lock it so even if you run your fingers across the buttons that gauge how hot the tool gets - it won't get any hotter. The digital screen is so boujee I love being able to see the temperature instead of having to take a guess at how hot it really is. Going from Conaire to this was such a big upgrade for me. I will say though - I have fine hair that's wavy and I find that my hair slips out of the clamp on the barrel pretty easy. My curls hold better a few days after I was my hair but that could just be a me thing. If you're thinking of getting this as a gift for someone in your life I would tell you to pull the trigger. GET IT!!! They will love it. If it's for yourself and you're looking through reviews to help convince you whether or not you should buy it let this be your sign. You'll thank yourself later. Before getting this I seriously had never gotten so many compliments on my hair.

Do not recommendI read the reviews and ignored themIt does heat up fast within seconds and the design is nice. Sadly, the curl comes out within 2 minutes even with using texture spray.I bought it on sale $35 not worth the price.The only curling tool from Hot Tools that has worked for me over the years of trying many of their tools is the"HOT TOOLS Professional Nano Ceramic Extra Long Tapered Curling Iron for Shiny Curls, 3/4 to 1 1/4 Inches". It's the best from Hot Tools. Also, if you need a new straightener the straightener version of this digital style is amazing.Update: I ended up buying the Bio Ionic extended barrel curling iron and it's amazing. Huge difference compared to this curling iron.

The media could not be loaded. I love a wavy curl look. I used this iron as a wand and this was the result. I have the straightener that’s part of this series, which convinced me to buy this curling iron. I cannot rave about it enough I spent the day outside in the Chicago wind and it’s still wavy.
