Fit for purpose

I love this wok, It is quality made, has the brand master chef . Sits well on our ceramic hob, nice flat bottom. Heats up nicely, easy to clean functional for cooking your stir fry or fried rice, vegetables or what ever you want to cook. We have used it a number of times. Large enough to cook a meal for 2-3 people,

Functions as expected, value for money, reason for 4 stars its the screw that attaches the handle to the pan, it needs constance screwing after every few use

Good quality, arrived next day. Not had a chance to use yet.

It’s a sturdy enough pan, and matches my existing set. But there’s no doubt the wok’s silver edge is very slightly misshapen adjacent to its handle. Perhaps I’ve been sent someone’s return, not ideal.

I cook a lot and have bought/own a lot of pans. My woks never seem to last and I can never be bothered with seasoning them and the maintenance that comes along with ‘higher end’ cookware.I took a punt on this despite it being cheaply branded by “masterchef” which I’ve probably only watched once.Well damn, this pan is so reliable, totally non-stick, light, and easy to clean. I can’t really fault it.The handle does get a little loose from time to time but I just tighten it with a screwdriver every so often.I’ve recommended this to others before and they also say it’s a great pan. It seems to handle any food I cook in it and will be my workhorse wok everyday. I make Pasta sauces, stir fry’s, boiling water, fried eggs, chicken, fish, steaks, anything goes, really.I really recommended it. Great value too though I’ve seen it’s gone up in price recently after I purchased it.
