Wow. What a fantastic recipe book of smoothies. If you make smoothies like I do you should really read this book. bothers are so many different recipes.

The recipes in this book are very tasty. There is a problem with several pages having the same directions instead of accurate ones, but it isn't something that I can't work around and make the smoothie. Thank you for the different sections and variety.

There’s hardly a single picture in this book and when there is it’s in black and white. I’m a visual person so I like to see what I’m making should look like.

Too many recipes have the same instructions-
Too many recipes have the same instructions-"peel the clementines..." when there are no clementines in recipe! Disappointed!

Smoothie for beginners is a GREAT recipe book!
Smoothies for beginners is a great book with tons of great recipes! From simple smoothies to exclusive ones it is guaranteed there is a recipe you will absolutely love!!! There’s unlimited smoothie options available, and after reading this book I realize how large the smoothie world really is. One of my favorite recipes I found was the pineapple hemp green smoothie. I can not wait to try it. Although there are so many recipes in this book it is also VERY informative for a first time smoothie maker. The table of contents alone is very extensive and shows how many different smoothies you can make! I absolutely love that the instructions go from how to use the blender, to the ingredients and making the smoothie. It makes it so simple my kids can do it (under adult supervision of course). One major thing I appreciate most about this book is that there is a recipe for EVERYONE! Whether you prefer low fat or you have a limitations to your diet there is definitely a recipe for you! I highly recommend this recipe book, and what makes it even better is smoothies are super easy to make. Smoothies also make a great and healthy breakfast. This book really tells you just how beneficial smoothies can be from the cover page to the end. There are recipes for weight loss, anti-aging, dieting, detoxing, fighting diseases, maintaining a healthy lifestyle AND MORE. If you are looking for a recipe for a great smoothie or you’re just researching about smoothies and their background this recipe book is for you! My family and I absolutely loved it and plan to apply some of these tips and recipes to our everyday life, and I think you could benefit from it too! Hands down I give a 5 star rating for effort, education, and the amazing recipes inside.

Poorly written. Not created with multiple 'equipment options' in mind.
FOR ME...The text was poorly written/edited. Also these recipes appear to have been targeted to a 'particular' piece of equipment.Would not recommend this 'recipe book'. & grateful I threw away less then $5. for this.
