Must have been using these for bout 14 months & gradually my hair has stopped falling out and its now glossy & appears slighty thicker. I am pleased about that. My nails have started to re grow too.

These are amazing!!! They have no taste and are easy to swallow. I've always had thick hair but I noticed it was going thin around the hairline and falling out more than normal I put it down to my age 49 but as a hairdresser I was starting to feel paranoid about it. 4 weeks of taking these my hair now feels thicker and I have new hair growth on my hairline also my lashes are the longest they've ever been! I've recommended them to my friends and I will be buying these again. I only noticed the difference this week so give them a chance to work.

I bought these on a whim because I’ve always had issues with my hair - slow to grow, thin, damages easily, etc. and I am so glad I did! I’m not a religious taker of supplements normally so I’m not the most consistent sample study but even still I’ve noticed a difference: my hair has grown significantly and looks healthier than it has in years, but the most noticeable change has been to my fingernails - they are long and strong for the first time in my life. My nails used to constantly break and I could never grow them past my finger tips without the ends snapping off so I’m really impressed that these supplements have sorted that out, it was a lifelong issue and now I have healthy, neat fingernails without a manicure for the first time in my life! For reference I also take sea kelp supplements and a multivitamin, that’s all. I’m certain I would recommend biotin to anyone who’s less than happy with their hair or nails. You won’t regret trying them :)
