So far its totally worth the money.
I have fished this pole a few times and no problems. It seems to be built well and works as designed. I had a similar pole from a competitor brand it it was a total piece of trash. This one is built much better. I give it 5 start because its a whole lotta pole for the price.

Great rod for the money
Great rod for the money. However, the rod could be shipped in more of a protective case as when I received it the top roller guide was bent sideways at a 90 degree angle. Rod looks great on my penn global 50w. This rod has some serious a** to it. I'd recommend this rod to any shark fisherman who has a strong reel but a low budget.
