Protects my cash and prizes!!!
I love these, going to buy 2 more pairs. I read some bad reviews saying they did not keep the bits and pieces in place. I disagree. I have mastodonic size man parts and these keep everything well in place with the Shock Doctor XL cup. It's tough getting everything to fit inside the cup, but once everything is crammed in there it stays in there.Highly recommended to well endowed union workers like me.

These shorts are useless with a cup
I have a great Shock Doctor cup that I use for taekwondo. If I'm just wearing it for incidental training, I usually just stuff it into my briefs, and it's good enough. Up until now, for competition, I've been wearing the cup with a Shock Doctor jock strap. But I detest jock straps, so I thought I'd try these shorts. The shorts fit great and are super comfortable, but when you insert the cup into the pocket and move around, it becomes immediately obvious that it simply won't work for this purpose. Even simple movements pull the cup entirely off the area it's supposed to protect. I wore them today with the cup, and after warming up for fifteen minutes, I ended up swapping them out for generic Hanes briefs, which hold the cup in place much better than these shorts. If you've got dangley bits to protect, don't buy these shorts.

design
I really like the design of these, unfortunately I have large legs due to years of squatting so the shorts do not fit. They make the cup "hover" over the area and when I get kicked in the groin it is like a guillotine. I like the way the shorts fit and I think on a person with normal size legs this product would be great, but if you have large legs you might want to find a different product. Nothing worse working out in a Krav Maga class with a guillotine hovering over you junk, just waiting for the best moment to squash your nuts. But I do like the product.

Son loves it for baseball and fits shock doctor cups perfectly.
He wanted something thinner than his sliding shorts. This fits the bill perfectly, still helps to give him some protections while sliding, yet less bulky/thick for summer. He is 10 and wears XL youth (not fat, thick and tall). Another reason we got these were because his shock doctor cups kept on creeping up during games. With these, the shock doctor cups fit perfectly.

Very Inconsistant Design from Pair to Pair, Weird Cup Pocket, No Junk Support
I have two pair of these shorts. One white, one black. Bought both on Amazon about a year apart. Both exactly the same brand, size, style etc. VAST difference between the newer black pair vs the year old white pair. Neither is very useful for holding a cup for all the reasons already mentioned in other reviews (cup outside the pocket). So withOUT a cup, as I always wear them, the white (older) pair seem to hold everything in place. But the black (newer) pair allows frequent jail breaks. That black pair is essentially un-usable.

Could be better
These compression shorts could be way better. The panel design is sort of uncomfortable. The waist design could be of better quality. The cup holder needs a lot of work. The stitching is good. Overall, there is much better product out there at a better price and function

Doesn't hold cup in place.
I thought this would be more comfortable than traditional jock/cup combo. It is until you bend over. Cup moves too much when bending and I found myself getting "pinched" and having to constantly readjust. It makes sense since the cup pocket is attached to the shorts which get tugged/stretched when your legs move. This was a bad solution for Martial Arts as bending and kicking had me in constant adjustment mode.As compression shorts they work excellent. As a cup holder, not good. If you're looking for a comfortable method of securing your cup try the McDavid 3300 HexMesh supporter. That's what I ultimately ended up using after trying several others.

Fit my son perfectly
These fit as described. I measured him first because he grew about 6 inches since I bought the last pair. The cup from his previous pair fit perfectly in this one. Couldn’t be happier. And I actually just bought a black pair too, but still waiting on them to arrive.

Flexible Protection
This integrates the comfort and tightness of compression shorts with the flexibility of using some protection too.Just make sure that you push the cup protector all the way in to the bottom.I prefer these than the integrated protection cups.

Fantastic
After initial problems with the first short i ordered ripping within two weeks, the replacement pair have served me well ever since. Super comfortable and box fits well, would highly recommend to any cricket player, they are much better than the thick batting shorts or a jock strap.

they fit well and can move more freely when sparing but you still get the feeling they will catch if hit a certain way

Great product great price
These shorts fit well, arrived quickly and perhaps most importantly the price was great. I will definitely buy another pair.
