THE FAUCET IS THE SECOND OR THIRD OVER MANY YEARS, THE ONLY NEGATIVE ISSUE I NOTICED IS THAT THE ARC-SPOUT CONPONENT BREAKES

Item arrived in ok condtion, except one of the fasteners on the counter weight was corroded and couldn't get it out with a bit, had to ez-out it. It is light weight and doesn't feel sturdy, there is quite a bit of flex to the whole stem, definitly cheap plastic. Seemed to worked at first, for a couple weeks then noticed it was leaking under the sink enough to make it all wet from the mixing valve. At first I though it was at the fittings and tried fixing with more teflon tape... nope it is inside the facet, must be the mixing valve. Missed the return window by 10 days. My guess is these cheap products are hit or miss, install and test right away so you have time to return if you need to, or spend some $ for a better quality product. Personally I'm going to the big box store, probably the blue one, so I can return items if need be.

This is a very cheap faucet. I thought I was saving a few bucks over going to Lowe's, but after opening it it is very light and plastic and doesn't seem durable. I returned.

We were really pleased with this faucet. By the time it was installed in my kitchen this is 6 weeks later. The faucet, looks, ease of on and off, sprayer, is just what I wanted. However, the faucet has started leaking. My husband has taken it apart and it is not the hoses we can see, the water is coming from up in the mechanism where the handle operates and it cannot be reached to be corrected. Otherwise, we did like the faucet. My return window has closed and now I am having to buy something else. Bummer.

I definitely do love this faucet - the functionality is great, it's very stylish, and the price is totally reasonable for what you get. Just a word to the wise, though - it's *very* big. You can't tell from the picture, and I was expecting a standard-sized kitchen faucet. It's considerably larger than that - it's probably 18" tall and the diameter on the neck is probably a good 1 1/2". The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the head doesn't naturally rest back into the neck after you pull it out - you have to kind-of finagle it back into place (there's a tab that needs to be aligned with a groove). Otherwise, I think this is a good deal and a very attractive fixture.

THis was bigger than I expected in person, but it is a very cool design -- looks great! -- and I love the functionality:the aerated or regular water flow choices, and the pull-out nozzle. Great choice!

Very bad quality product. This is a very cheap made product. Not worth returning. The shipping is the same as the refund. Would not recommend this product to my enemy.

Returned this product due to supply lines being to short. You are getting what you pay for with this one. Very light weight materials and doesn't seem to be very durable.
