Excellent product and transaction!
I needed to replace some Anderson window operators that were installed in 1996. Apparently it was a transition year for Anderson on this produce. I bought them with the adapter and it was an easy replacement. A you tube video helped show how to do it and the Anderson Window web site, while a bit confusing, led me to the correct purchase on Amazon.

Does exactly what it says. If your windows were made between 1995 and 1998, inclusive, these will make the available replacement cranks fit your window.Note that the mounting holes will be in a new location in the wood for the new crank to work properly, but they do work.

Replaced the C-9400-1 crank on one of my 1996 Andersen windows. Needed this adapter plate to have the crank part 39-264 fit correctly.
