After weeks of trying everything I know,, and I know a LOT, I was still stuck and miserable. These caps came in the afternoon, I took a half recommended dose thinking to complete the dose in the morning. That was unnecessary as things were moving along swimmingly. I have since not needed another half dose. I don't know how, don't know why, but I'm happy again!

The bottle says 4 pills for serving size. I only take one and works well

This stuff works! I take 3 every evening and it keeps me regular and feeling good!

This works great for my regular constipation, bloating and uncomfortable feeling. Works in about 6 hours after taking 2 capsules. It does however cause my stomach to make loud noises in the meantime, so I make sure to have a day off and not around people.

Although the end result was satisfactory. I was very bloated afterward.

This is the BEST magnesium product I have found to regulate my IBS-C. I have tried numerous products and this product never fails.Will never be without this supplement again!

This product was ineffective for me compared to other ozonated magnesium. Do not buy. It is cheaper but doesn’t work
