I'd recommend using this or something similar to everyone. It helps me focus on the positive things in life and encourages me to do things on the list. I felt "hug a tree" was a bit hard to do every day so I changed that one to "give a hug". Hugs are very important to ones mental health. There is scientific evidence, look it up. <3

This is a good product, if you keep up with it. I really wanted to do this, but trying to keep up with yet another thing proved to be a bit much for me with my schedule, so most of the pages have gone unused in mine as of yet. It is a really good idea if you can make time to keep up with it.

There is definitely nothing wrong with the product I just have trouble holding myself to using it. I thought it would be a good alternative to journaling but I frequently forget to use this too. Anyways it's a great product I just haven't been using it consistently.

I gifted my adult children who often forget about self-care but unfortunately they are not using the pages, however, I find that I can use the reminders and the pages are helpful for me. A person must really want to make the improvement in self-care to make these reminders work.
