I have dominant side lateral epicondylitis, which makes for a difficult recovery. I’ve tried every style and many brands of braces and this is my favorite hybrid brace of soft, compression, and tendon pad pressure. I have two of this style for the elbow of two consecutive sizes depending on how much compression/pressure I’m looking for and I also purchased the optional strap that adds more tendon pressure above the pad (only available from mnfr website). I don’t find that really any pressure-pad or additional strap—helps my particular injury, but it may likely help others. Note: If you have two different sizes like me, and want the strap, go for the strap that fits your larger size, but don’t go too large. There is limited area for Velcro.Lastly, I also and I also have the wrist brace of the same brand (soft, compression, semi-rigid) to help keep the muscles attached to the elbow tendon from moving and causing more pain, which was recommended by my PT. For my acute injury (not repetitive injury), I find this helps me more.While these braces are quite comfortable, are less ugly than many, and are of good quality, do be careful when putting the brace on or off. Putting the brace on is definitely more difficult and you must careful not to pull too hard and rip the fabric. If you fold the top down over the pad and pull or push (on/off), it seemed a little easier. Also, don’t have arms moist with bio freeze or sweat, as it just adds to the friction.Overall, I recommend this brace and this brand. It is more expensive than most others (anywhere), I do find them worth the price.

I've been dealing with elbow pain for the last few months. After trying the smaller bands with no luck my Dr. recommended this one. Once I put it on I forget its there. Toward the end of the day there is some minor slippage but its not too bad. It's a little tricky getting it placed just right so that the bones of the elbow are in the circular holes but once in place it stays great for many hours. Overall, it is very comfortable and provides much greater relief than the smaller bands. I haven't tried it in the warmer months, so I can't speak to how hot it is or isn't in the summer.

I hurt my left arm a month before a trip to Disney World. It was a reinjury of a tennis elbow style injury I got from mountain biking several years ago. I did it trying to cut a metal support bracket out of the ceiling in order to install a dining room light (at 63, next time I may just call an electrician). This cuff is not cheap, but it seemed like its designed very well. I wear similar compression cuffs on my arms to relief stress pain when I road or mountain bike. I did get a cort. shot from my ortho Dr., but these take weeks to kick in. Between this cuff and some Motrin 800s, I got through my vacation without any miserable discomfort. You actually feel a little relief as soon as you put it on. It stretched a little and seems to break in a bit as it molds to your shape. I can wear it most of the day before my arm needs a break and the soft material-inserts cushions your arm if you hit your injured elbow on anything that jumps out and surprises you. As usual, size matters. I got the size 4 and my forearm measures 30 cm an inch or two from my elbow. Very comfortable and effective after a few days of break in.

Diagnosed with golfers elbow. Had lots of pain everytime I swung a club. The elbow support has eased the pain and I am able to play golf again. Being 75 years old playing four times a week and numerous yearly tournaments golf is a big part of my life.

No different than any other elastic sleeve besides a little gel pad in there that doesn’t do anything different. Waste of $100. Ridiculous price for what it is.

I have issues in both elbows. Bought the local pharmacy solutions as well as the local sporting goods solution. Neither did as expected. I have had other products from Bauerfeind, so I thought I would give it a try. These are a bit expensive, but I have to say it has been far better than the other solutions. I have purchased 2 now and do not regret it.

After quite a bit of online research, I found this was a highly rated “tennis” elbow sleeve for pickleball fanatics. So, after trying other types, I got this one. It’s really more expensive than the others. But worth it. Along with strengthening exercises, I will be wearing this while I recover and begin playing again.

Ich nutze die Bandagen schon seit Jahren für meine Knie, wie auch hier für meine Ellbogen, die Qualität, die Verarbeitung, die Auswahl an Größen und die Variabilität der Bandage, es gibt sie passend für praktisch jede Ellbogenvarietät, die Optik, die Haptik und vorallem die lange Haltbarkeit haben mich überzeugt, es gibt natürlich preiswertere Alternativen, aber bei diesen muss man dann auch zahlreiche Abstriche in oben genannten Eigenschaften sowie Comfort machen!

Die Größe wurde von Amazon falsch angegeben in der Produktbeschreibung. Ich hätte nach den richtigen Angaben, die Größe 2 gebraucht. Die richtigen Angaben findet man bei Bauerfeind auf der Website. Also zurück damit.

Measured my arm according to the sizing chart with the article. When it arrived it was way too loose. When trying to return the item I was told the item could not be returned, although there had be no mention of this in the item description or anywhere else during ordering. I've got a useless expensive brace now. As the sizing charts the manufacturer provides aren't accurate, I would advise anyone against ordering this and would give zero stars as a rating if if was possible.
