Following the keto diet for the last 4 months, I’d come to terms with missing out on a lot of foods. But I decided to give this a shot, and I’m very glad I did. The recommendation for serving size, like most cereals, is 30g, meaning 10 per pack. Yes, this is small. But if you’re following keto, have it with either double cream or yoghurt, and it’s satisfying enough to more than make up for this. The cinnamon taste is present but not overkill, and you can still taste the coconut, nuts, and seeds. You can add some berries, too, of course. But it does feel like eating a cereal again, and if you’re missing that (provided you like nutty granola), you’ll love this.

God I miss granola, it’s my favourite thing but not allowed on my low carb diet. This is a game changer for breakfasts. Cinnamon is my joint favourite with the coconut version. So crunchy and yummy. Highly recommended

I recently bought another brand ofketo cereal with good reviews and thought it tasted like poison so I was very apprehensive splashing out on this. But to my surprise and delight this is absolutely scrumptious! I genuinely prefer it to regular granola. I'm so impressed and excited to enjoy cereal again. It makes a keto/low carb diet sustainable. I highly recommend.
