First Essentials by NUK Rest Easy Spoons, Pack of 6 (Color May Vary)

Love these spoons! They are the perfect size and shape for babies learning how to taste new foods and for babies that can already devour it. The square shape also seems to make it convenient for several different types of foods, from purées to more solid choices. I’ve been able to mash, “cut”, stir, and let her sip liquid with ease. Unlike some other brands I’ve tried the colors on these haven’t faded nor has the spoon material seem thinner after several trips through the dishwasher. My little one has a few teeth and hasn’t bitten through them so they’re definitely durable, but also soft enough to not bother sore gums. The rest part is one of the best features! I got so sick of me not paying attention and just setting a spoon down and realize that I needed to grab a new one. These do not touch countertops or tabletops when laid down properly. The handles have great grips for both me and my 9 month old. The shape also seems to stop her from gagging herself.! I bought two packs of these and don’t plan on changing anytime soon.

So many reasons to love these spoons. Thoughts:The spoon has a nice depth - not too flat like some others - so it can really hold a variety of foods well. I love how the design prevents messes from getting on the table by keeping the end elevated. Handle is comfortable. Love that the end is colored and not white or clear so it won’t stain from fruits or veggies. Also can’t beat the price. NUK makes these for Gerber (according to the back), so these are essentially a NUK product in Gerber packaging.The design is not only great for feeding a squirmy baby (no flat end spilling food and no messing end laying on a table) but they’re durable enough to withstand the dishwasher yet soft enough for a teething baby.

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love these little spoons for introducing solid foods to my baby! The size is perfect for his tiny mouth, making it easy for him to eat without any trouble. He also has no problem holding the spoon in his hand—it's just the right size for him to grip comfortably. One of my favorite features is the little stand on the handle, which keeps the spoon part from touching the table when you set it down. Super practical!I used these spoons with my first child, and now with my second baby, I bought them again. They’re that good!Plus, you get six spoons in a pack, which is great for the price. These spoons are fantastic! They feel great in your hand and look very nice. We throw them in the dishwasher and they always come out looking brand new. More importantly, they are soft and just the perfect size for our daughter's little mouth. The best thing about these spoons is the shape of the scoop itself - deep enough to get a decent amount each scoop while shallow enough that baby gets the spoon clean every bite. Other spoons are either flat pieces of plastic or way-too-deep bowls which baby can never get the rest of the food out of. I don't know about you, but I get grossed out sticking the same peas in my kid's mouth ten times in a row. In my opinion, these are the absolute best spoons for feeding baby. As a plus, she loves playing with them and carries them all over our apartment!

I bought these to use with my baby when he started purees around 5/6 months. They have a pretty comfortable grip, and can hold a good portion for my baby's mouth. It's also easy to gently catch and scrape some of the food that come back out of his mouth and onto his chin. My only qualm with these spoons was that some of the lighter colored ones get stained pretty easily.... the light blue one now looks like the same color as the green one. I can only tell the difference because the handle still has its original color (speaking of the handle, my baby likes to teeth on the handle when he holds the spoon by himself).

These are durable and do great in the dishwasher. They are the right shape to get food in your baby's mouth and also do the little gentle scrape across their chin to get everything that dribbled down. Bonus: fun colors!

I highly recommend these for feeding a little one. They are longer than most, and the extra length helps keeps your hands a bit further from baby's hands, making them swat it a little less often. The flat tip works better than a rounder tip for getting food onto baby's pallet. They are easy to clean, durable, and cheap.Highly recommend - they work so well we came back for more.
