Had no problems with the harness until today when one of the neck straps came completely loose allowing him to get completely out of the harness and had a scuffle with a dog in the neighborhood that ended with the other dog getting bit hopefully I don't lose my dog or my home due to a faulty harness. After I got home I realized the harness was missing a piece on one side wish I could get a refund.

Quality tactical/service vest. We needed to upgrade from our basic cheap starter vest to something more official as she developed her skills. Her trainer recommended a few places but I was thrilled to find this one here for a better price and it is literally the same style as several I was directed towards. I love that it comes in something other than basic tan or camo and it isn’t a super bright obnoxious color but is still clearly visible. It comes with a great leash and bag you can carry or clip to the vest itself. Very well constructed and durable and it has sufficient space for patches that aren’t the tiny sized ones that go with the cheap vests. She seems comfortable in it, but she does get itchy in any vest and drags herself along walls from time to time when wearing anything from a harness to a shirt to vests of different kinds. This one is thick and heavier but it’s clearly high quality and will hopefully last. So far I’m very satisfied with this purchase and am hoping it helps make a difference in how we are treated when out. With the cheaper vests I find that we get sneered at as if we are fakes because I don’t look like I have a disability and so many people fake service dog status. Everything about this purchase I love. The leash and bag are fantastic quality as well.She is wearing a medium and has plenty of room to adjust larger. She is 42 lbs, long and lean.

We bought this for our boxer. Even after taking measurements twice and ordering the size recommended, it was still too big and she was able to slip out if it easily. Another issue is the plastic clasps. The top half has metal clasps but the bottom has plastic clasps. The plastic clasps break too easily, especially when you have a strong dog. We've been through three different harnesses because of the plastic buckle and bought this believing both sets of clasps were metal. Returned it and ordered one in the right size with all metal buckles.

I found the plastic strap adjusting tri-glides (rear buckles) did not hold the strap in place securely enough and it kept slipping. Ended up coming apart while my dog was wearing it and the original tri-glide disappeared. Purchased some appropriate metal tri-glides from Amazon (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B078HQTJW7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and now the straps are held securely in place. Hint to manufacturer...use the right type of strap adjusters. I would still likely purchase another one despite the strap adjustment issue....overall it is of good quality and features.

I think the design is really cool, it makes my 25lb mixed breed pup look like a police dog (lol) my problem is that the vest itself naturally loosens overtime just from general wear. He pulls a bit when he sees other dogs, it loosens a little. I put it on and off, it loosens a little. I'll hold the strap on the top of the vest to keep him near me, it loosens a little. After about a month or so, I have to go back and tighten it up. Also, the rubber that's on the handle on the top of the back started ripping. Not sure how but im assuming from pulling. Overall it's fine, I just hate that it doesn't stay adjusted correctly. 7/10 would recommend
