Bought this for my wife. She has used it and lost 8 lbs in over two weeks.

I do not recommend this product. Will make you extremely sick. I even had a friend try this product, and it made her sick. Side effects bad stomach ache, extreme dizziness, shakes, vomiting. I suggest to anyone Google the product on complaints. It's all true do not waste your money.

I've been using Metabo379 for about 3 months, and I love the metabolism boost without feeling all jittery. I've been exercising about the same as I was before starting itit, and I've started losing weight faster than I was before, so I'm definitely a fan!

Having been someone that loved the oldschool fat burners, I've not been able to find one that helped me lean out without a whole bunch of side effects (feeling overly stimulated, etc.) until now. I love this stuff, and I don't feel jittery, even on the days that I drink coffee. A total win in the easy to take category and very effective.

This product works much better when taken with belly trim xp.
