Such a yummy snack with great protein, a lil spicy but not bad such great flavor! Mines were fresh good amount in each bag I can’t stop eating them such healthier option than snacking on potato chips. Love they come resealable bags.

was searching for some healthier snacks to keep around and tried these. i tend to look for, high protein, lower fat, higher fiber and lowish calories per serving.the flavors were great, and overall taste was great. almost like a softer corn nut which helped scratch that itch of junk sometimes. each flavor has 13g+ of protein and 5g of fiber reported so i was really happy with that. getting enough protein for someone who doesnt have all of the amenities that real bodybuilders and the like do can be a pain and result in a burn out of likely protein shakes. Fiber content i something i feel is very underlooked by most, it helps you feel more satisiated and helps with gut health. if you've ever been truly constipated for days at a time, you will fall in love with fiber. fat content and calories were low enough to where a serving felt like an actual good serving.i recommend these, for the good taste and for honestly being a pretty damn good healthy snack.

They are great. Perfect for a snack or to add a little crunch to your salad!

The beans are very crunchy and tasty. Something not mentioned in the advertising though is the relatively high sodium content (144mg per serving size of 1/3 cup.)

While these are good, they just weren't quite what I expected. Tasty, but lacking something, and I'm not sure just what.

Very crunchy, very filling. good taste. Like nuts.

Delicious and a healthy snack

All three of these flavors are outstanding. A great snack and very reasonably priced.
