I usually work with separates, mostly custom-made and this is the first unit to replace a custom DAC with tube output, a Class A headphone amp and a modified Bluetooth receiver. The unit is still settling in but I am impressed with the performance, very easy to use and the remote is perfect. Topping got the DX3 Pro+ right, a small unit that packs a punch and sounds well above its price range. I recommend getting a better-quality USB cable for it, and this points to a small advice for Topping, please provide a decent USB cable with the unit (even if reflected in the price), the supplied one is the cheapest thing ever.

I must admit I don’t have much experience with headphone amps but this sounds amazing. I have a pair of Beyer dynamics DT990 pro headphones and before I got this amp I haven’t really been able to drive them fully. I was immediately impressed by the sound!! I’m not an audiophile but this amp is very good in my opinion

Nice clean sound with no noise. Enough power to drive high end headphones. The Bluetooth receiver is a nice addition for my particular use-case.

Stylish dac with great feature set. Plug and play with pc. Improved sound and easy to use. Recommend using APO equaliser to get the best out of it. Bluetooth is fantastic.Having tried various dacs including creative G6, this is by far the best.

Works great, and allows me to hear some aspects of my music that i didnt know were there!Keep in mind, music only sounds as good as the weakest link. For example: if you use the lowest quality spotify stream through your phones jack, there may not be a noticable difference from if you play the same music through this product. However, this product makes great work of my FLACs, and im sure it will output excellent quality sound with any other high quality music format you have access to.Only reason i didnt put 5 stars for gaming is that i dont believe that this DAC/AMP supports having a headset microphone going back through it, wich some may find to be an inconvinience.This product is amazing for its price, and great for someone who is trying to get into the audiophile hobby.

Only used through Amazon Music/Bluetooth connected to my hifi (rega brio-r, Q acoustic concept 20+stands) from my phone and I'm already impressed. Highly detailed, warm sound. Maybe you could do better with more money, better speakers etc but this is above cd quality streaming from a phone with pin sharp accuracy. Unbelievable!

After reading the various hifi reviews out there I decided to take the chance on this brand and must admit to being suitably impressed. I would describe the sound as dynamic, balanced and expressive, sounding good from lossless and lossy sources (FLAC, Spotify and radio streams). I have used optical, USB and bluetooth inputs with line and headphone outputs.A few useful notes to others looking to purchase one of these DACs/headphone amps:Line out level - as with most headphone amps with line outs, the line out is normally adjusted by the volume rather than fixed. You can fix this through the settings but this then disables the volume control for the headphone output making it a bit of a pain to swap between them (setup is entered by powering on with the volume knob pressed). However, in output adjustable mode the output display gives a clear indication of where you want to be for line out .i.e. 0db. Even better, using the remote for line out and headphone selection automatically sets line out as 0db and headphone as it's last setting so all is good!Headphone socket - if sound appears to only come out of the left channel, try giving it a good push for the last mm or so.The unit is well built and finished, with protective caps to all the ports and the seller messaged to confirm all is good and responded promptly to any messages which hopefully is indicative of good customer service for the future.

If you are looking for a cheap all in one (DAC and AMP) this is the way to go.DX3 Pro+ is a cheaper version of DX5 but it's still sounds superb.

Justo lo que esperaba en un DAC en relación calidad/precio. Lo he probado a fondo, ofrece muy buena reproucción del audio en diferentes formatos digitales y resoluciones, tanto por la salida RCA como por los auriculares. Facil de configurar con el control remoto. Recomendado para quienes nos iniciamos en el mundillo del hi-fi.

Bonjour, Je n''ai hélas pas trouvé de pilote pour XP , donc impossible a utiliser avec mes machines , quel dommage, les fabricants d'aujourd'hui ne jurent plus qu'avec Windaude 10..11.. etc, et tant pis pour les autres..Par contre, sous Linux ( Mint 20 / 64 dans mon cas ) c’est un autre univers, le DAC s'est activé sans rien faire au démarrage, et ,ce son.. c'est grandiose, donc en mode ligne avec un système Logitech derrière, j'ai redécouvert mes oreilles, je croyait qu'elles étaient foutues après toutes ces années. Donc a acheter au plus vite ! Le prix est très intéressant , l’exécution est solide. de petite taille peu encombrante.

これは仕様ですが、両方同時出力モードの場合に3.5mmプラグを挿しても自動でラインアウトが音量ゼロになったりしません。必ずDX3pro+の本体操作かリモコン操作、またはラインアウト先の音量操作が必要になります。そもそもの運用として、ヘッドホンのみ出力モード、ラインアウトのみ出力モード、両方同時出力モードを必要に応じて毎回手動で切り替える必要があります。そして、同時出力モードの場合はDX3pro+の音量設定がライン・ヘッドホンアウト両方に反映されます。これの不便な所は、ヘッドホンにちょうど良い音量（大体-30db程度）にすると、ラインアウトの出力がパワーアンプの音量をMAXにしてもほとんど音が聴こえないぐらい小さい音量で出力される所です。なので、ヘッドホンとラインアウト（スピーカー）を頻繁に使い分ける方はその点留意してください。卓上なのにいちいち出力変更にリモコンや本体操作をするのは余りに面倒ですよ。慣れてしまえばそれまでかもしれませんが。ラインアウトは音量MAX固定、且つ3.5mmプラグ挿入時はヘッドホンアウト時の設定音量が自動で呼び出されてラインアウトが自動OFFになるモードがあれば完璧でした。音質については、詳細は割愛しますが素直な良い音が出てますよ。

This a great little DAC/AMP, does a lot of things really well and a great value. If you are a begginer to this world this might serve you will. This provides a really clean sound with no distortion or static to speak of off. However one thing to note is that it's definitely on the quieter side if you like your music loud this may not fit your needs, also as mentioned it's a great all rounder but a naturally a master of none IMO.
