Excellent for Swaddling Picky Babies
We bought this for our son because his SwaddleMe Pod was too small and he HATED the SwaddleMe Original because he couldn't touch his hands together inside of it. After doing a lot of reading reviews from other users we decided to give the Woombie a shot. The material is stretchy, allowing for baby to move arms/hands, but is still tight enough to make them feel swaddled. I would say to kind of disregard the 3-6 month part of the name though because our son wasn't yet 2 months when we got this. It was a little long at first, but he is a long baby at 23 inches and smaller sizes (ie. newborn) was just too small for him. One thing I love is that the Woombie zips both from the top OR from the bottom. The bottom zipper makes night changes SO MUCH EASIER! because I can just unzip the bottom and free the lower half of his body for the change without fully waking him up. Our little one isn't big enough yet to be turning himself over, but I'm sure that when he is the convertible nature of the arm slots will be an excellent feature. Overall, we love this for our son and would recommend to anyone who has a baby who prefers being able to touch his/her hands while sleeping.

Finally a swaddle that works
My baby was not particularly fond of swaddling and didn’t do well with the tight arms down or the arms up swaddles, he also easily escaped traditional blankets. He really liked the regular swaddle version and did very well with transitioning to arms out, he was able to transition in a week and now we use this as a sleep sack. The fabric is stretchy and gives a nice hug to the torso while allowing the legs to flare out naturally, it also gives enough stretch for baby to move his arms to his chest, side and up to his face without triggering his rooting reflex. I also like that the buttons are not loud, my baby never startled while I switched his arms asleep. My only complaint is that I wish it was longer, my baby is by no means tall being in the 20th percentile for height at 3 months and is already growing out of the 3-6 month size lenght wise.

Effective, safe, and convenient swaddle
We used this swaddle with both kids 6 years apart and we should not have even tried other options. The new 4-month old baby especially loves it as it lets him keep his hands on his chest. Both kids have eczema and this particular swaddle keeps arms off the face. Baby’s naps and night sleep improved significantly with the Woombie. I also prefer zippers to Velcro. We start using these after 3 months and used a classic swaddle and tried the Ollie swaddle with mixed results. For sizing, baby weight 16lbs at 4 months and 3-6 fits him well

Nice but slight issue
Using this for 4 week old. Has really helped with longer naps and night sleeping. I like that it has two way zippers so its easy to change diaper and very easy to put on baby.. not like the halo sacks with loud velcro. The ability to use with arms out was a must for my side sleeper since he's already starting to roll. Only issue is the arm holes unsnap and just spread open. I thought the little flaps would come off entirely. This leaves the snaps exposed to back of baby's arm. This might bug him, cant tell but seems like it would be uncomfortable. I haven't seen any marks left at least. It has right amount of leg room too. The neck area with all these sacks is a bit too snug but not tight. Its soft enough but not the coziest material and is light enough for summer but only with ac and fan on in room. I want the love to dream version because the arm holes completely detach but I can't find a newborn size, theirs only comes in medium for the convertible type.

Great sleep sack with transition arm snaps
We were given a smaller Woombie as a hand me down when our son was about 2 months old and it felt like a game changer from the swaddle blankets he was squirming out of. It fit so snug, our baby slept really well in it and if he was crying would almost instantly calm down when we put him in it. And the double zipper was the best invention for middle of the night diaper changes. When he grew out of that one, we bought this one in the 3-6 month size with the arm snaps so we could use it longer as he transitions out of swaddling to arms out. We have a small 4-month old (14 lbs) so this new size is baggier than how the newborn size fit him. On one hand it’s good because he can squeeze his little fingers a bit out of the top to suck on them to self-soothe, but that means the fabric does get up around his mouth/nose which the newborn size never did because it was a snugger fit. Maybe he just still needs to grow into this one better. The material is super soft and love the elephant print and he still sleeps super well in it!

great swaddler for babies that tolerate/enjoy being swaddled
My first daughter never really needed to be swaddled to help her settle for naps etc, so I didnt even think of getting any swaddlers before the second one came. With our second, he was fine settling for naps but I noticed his newborn flailing reflexes woke up him and he never napped for very long. Once I went back to work and he went to daycare, the caregivers at the center are in the practice of swaddling young babies for naps, and all he needed was to be swaddled and paci and he went right out and stayed asleep until he was hungry/wet etc. We bought the woombie and it helped me break him of nursing to sleep in the evenings. after the feeding, i zip him up with his paci and he dozes right off. the woombie is pretty light weight, however in the warm NC summer evenings, i usually just put him in the woombie in a diaper and maybe a onesie, but unfortunately no longer have a use for all of the adorable footie pajamies we were given! =( it is nice and stretchy but fitted enough to keep them from waking themselves up. i also like the dual zippers so that i can just unzip from the bottom for those middle of the night diaper changes without too much hassle when you have a sleepy hungry crying baby kicking his legs around during the diaper change! i have not tried it with the arms out option yet, bc for me, the point is to keep his arms secured, like a cute little baby straight jacket as my husband calls it =)

Good
Great sleep sack. Only complaint would be it’s a little tight on baby’s neck when fully zipped up.

Great for babies who like to be snug
This is a great product and really good quality. It's especially great for babies who, like my little one, have a strong startle reflex and prefer to be very snug to prevent waking. The material is just stretchy enough so baby can find their hands, but not so stretchy as to become loose or allow that startle reflex to wake them. The zipper makes for super simple swaddling and is handily double ended so that a nappy change doesn't require complete removal of the swaddle and I achieved changes without waking little one. Having the convertible arm-holes is really useful when trying to train them out of being swaddled, although I'm still waiting for baby to grow out of the startle reflex. If using in winter, I would recommend using a blanket as well as this as isn't warm enough to use alone in those cold temperatures.
