Hyperkin RetroN 1 HD Gaming Console for NES (White)

Absolutely fantastic very good quality for the price. cartridges are fairly easy to install in the system . System seems to be built fairly well. Comes with one controller and all cables necessary for installation on hdmi or analog . Controller really does have a 10ft cord as advertised and has all the features of the original NES controller including the inverted shape buttons I am really pleased with this purchase. I played games last night that haven't seen light since 1990 and they worked perfectly I feel just like a kid again thank you.

No the grip of death as a read! A very small amount a finesse needed! This is a huge upgrade to what I was using, messiah nex gen, and that has the jaws of death! The controller is very nice as well, fits and responds amazing! The color is very minor off but the details are also amazing! Huge bang for the buck! I'm very impressed,the cartridge holder is decent, I don't like how high it sticks out but it's not super loose either, I recommend! Very pleased

Everything works like it’s suppose to, except getting the cartridge inside of the docking pins feel like a chore. Like there is a possibility of breaking something.

Works just like the NES I grew up with. Picture fits well to the flat screen with the HDMI cord

My old Nintendo was on its last leg so I was looking for ways to play it on original equipment and not on emulation to get the best possible experience Since I can't go buy a brand new nes console these days, I figured I'll try a 3rd party device to see if it comes close This seems to run all of my cartridges fine so it gets points for that Colors are off. Like super Mario bros sky was purple and not blue Everything is also weird looking like it's an interpreter of the game and not the actual game. Pixels look weird and distorted like interpolation of some sort The worst part was the input lag I've been playing super Mario bros for quite a long time. I'm not a speed runner by any means but I can kilp over pipes on level 1 with ease since I've done that for like 30 years off and on It was just unplayable for me I called support about it and they said that it sounded defective I was planning on doing a swap but I wanted to make sure my wait was worthwhile so I started doing deep search on the web Turns out, from others that has bought this before, that this is an emulation device and not really a device that actually plays directly from the cart. It looks like the only real way of doing that is to get an fpga device that's way more than this $45 device I guess it's time to just find a good emulation device instead or stop playing old games and move on

Claro que no se ven los colores igual al NES y claro que la música como que suena un poco raro pero es barato y puedes usar tus cartuchos originales y los multi cartuchos, aparte el control es cómodo de usar, no es para clavados y puristas para ellos está el retroUSB AVS de $250 usd….
