Cramp pain relief and they work so well
These are a game changer! So easy to use, no messy creams or sticky residue or nasty smells, They fit perfectly in the front and you can wear them all day! Best part THEY WORK! my teen has severe cramps and these have worked and pain relief is incredible! Great price for them in 8 count!

Life Savers
I always cramp horribly the day before and first day of my period. These make life so much easier. They're hard to find so I'm glad I found a multi pack on here.They stick well, they're perfect sized, and help ease the pain so I can work or deal with the family as needed. They last nearly 6-8 hours before I either need to change it out or just use a normal heating pad. It was a good value for the price, I just wish they could get a little hotter.

Portable heat relief
These work so well for me! I keep some in my bag and some at home, so they are always with me. The heat lasts for at least 8 hours.

Not bad, helps with cramps.
The instructions say not to put it directly on your skin but on your underwear. Now, it does warm up and you do feel it. Is it super hot or even really warm no but it is warm? Yes. It’s helped me with my period so it works decent enough for me.

Portable cramp relief
My kid loves these for cramp relief while she’s at school. Easy to apply and stays on until removed. Like a portable heating pad! Wish they were a bit more cost effective.

Amazing!
Been using these heating pads for years and they’ve always done the trick for me. I tend to suffer from horrible cramps while on my period. They get hot right away and I mean right away. You can literally feel the heat of the pads through any material. That includes jeans. They’re comfortable enough to the point that I forget I’m even using one unless I start rubbing my lower stomach and then feel the heat. The only downside is that they’re not sticky enough to STAY stuck on undergarments. Other than that, these do stay very warm and relieve pain for the 8 hours as stated on the packaging.

Relief!
These are amazing! They stay on without an issue and help ease discomfort from menstrual cramps. They’re easy to use and large enough to provide adequate relief. I wish they had been around a lot longer.

Something changed
If I had left a review the first few times I purchased (since 2023) this item then I would've given it 5 stars. I used to love this product to help with period cramps but I've noticed they haven't been as effective as before. I can barely, if at all, feel the heated sensation. Before it would only take a matter of seconds before it would warm up on my skin but now I can't feel a thing.
