We do NOT use any synthetic progesterone. We have never used it. We only use natural bio-identical progesterone. Wise Essentials pioneered the use of bio-identical progesterone since 1995. These are a 2 in 1 cream. Progesterone and Wild Yam. The 2 oz cream has over 1000 mg and the 3 oz has over 1500 mg plus they both have Wild Yam extract, Chaste Tree Berry, Dong Quai and Black Cohosh extracts. They have an effective herbal blend and Progesterone. Most cream have only progesterone.
