Brilliant
Good sized plants arrived and were in a very healthy condition colour was what they were meant to be. . Instructions were wet but could understand them still. No scent really and no rottenness. Was very pleased. Can’t tell anything about growth rate as just put them in my mini wildlife container ponds.

NOT SHRIMP SAFE!!
Plant arrived healthy but understandably a bit limp. Did perk up on putting in the tank. It does say in the product description - not shrimp safe but blink and you’ll miss it. It’s easily missed! I missed it and my shrimp all died within hours! Do not buy if you have shrimp in your tank. Can’t comment on plant’s longevity as I immediately chucked the plant out as I’ll be replacing my shrimp.

Well packaged, arrived in good condition
Arrived well packaged and in good condition, I put it straight in my pond and it’s looking really healthy. I would definitely recommend, as the price and condition of the plant was better than any I could find at my local garden centres.

Very healthy plants recommended
Very healthy plant second time I have purchased this time however there was no ceramic rings on plant's like the first shipment had to weigh it down myself hopefully they will thrive like the first plants otherwise and excellent plant from an excellent company thank you just found the ceramic rings at the bottom of the box so once again the perfect product and excellent service thank you

Plants are ok but i would rinse them and check if they are compatible
Not sure if it was the plants that killed all my fish but within 1 hour the fish tank became murky and all the tetras went belly up, description is limited, plants themselves look very nice but its not clear if they are indeed suitable for fish tank without knowing why its not suitable for shrimp. Therefore I provide 3 stars for this product, the price is ok for the quantity and plants were nice good condition. But it looses stars due to limited info if these plants were treated or any warning on description on causes.
