11/20/17 UPDATE: hey everyone so i remembered to come back and update this review after some use. Changed from 3 stars to 4 stars. Ive only used the led light strip and pretty much threw the flashlight head away.(see below in my original review why) as an led work light this thing rocks! Being a professional mechanic we can never have enough lights. Since getting this i only use my streamlight pen and this. Most of the time its this. The led light strip is bright and holds up to a beating. Ive dropped it ALOT and ive also sat on it while it was in my back pocket a good amount of times. The led light strip bent but didnt break and its still working like a champ! I just wish this had a magnetic clip that could hold this up for me while i work. If youre looking for a good led work light this is it! Cant find better for this price range. See new pictures of it after heavy use. (My green cap fell out as i pulled to hard but i was able to put it back using a pick to press the tang back into the hole.)Received it in the mail today so this is just an unboxing and initial review. Will follow back later after some use. This light will be used everyday as I'm a professional mechanic. So it will get put through the paces. Click it on and its on the brightest setting then continue to click to change through modes until it turns off. Once you've selected your mode and leave it on that mode for while it only takes 1 click to turn off instead od running through all the other modes. I do wish this has memory feature so 1 click on would turn it on to the same intesity level/mode you last used, but this isnt that expensive of a light to include that kind of feature.The idea of this light is great. 2 in one flash light and work light. The flashlight side is less than ideal with all the light concentrated in the middle in a very small circle then spill light all around that's very dim. Not a very wide angle at all. You'll see what I mean from the pictures. I probably won't be using it at all for a flashlight. Unscrew the flashlight head and screw on the led light bar and this thing shines great. Even light dispersion and great coverage. Perfect to light up an engine bay or under dash work. Will definitely be looking out for some kind of magnet base that this handle can clip into (seen some on the snap on truck before). Build quality is what you would expect for a lower priced light. The bottom usb plug cover especially shows this as it looks light it may fall off soon down the road with little use. The design of just a o ring slip fit to keep it closed/sealed also doesn't seem like a great idea. Overall for $50ish bucks I've gotten what I've expected and knew it wasn't going to be the same quality as some steamlights, olight and other high quality more expensive lights I've used. Btw, the max setting is BRIGHT! Will be back after a week of use then check in again at a later point.

Great light, but doesn't use a standard 18650 :(
The media could not be loaded. 3/7/19 EDIT: So I tried topping off the charge in my light again and was running into some issues. Check out the video's to see what was going on. Good news is my original review stated the light would not charge on my Anker charger but after fixing the charge issue it works just fine! I also created the magnetic adapter for the light so I can hang it, 3D printed and it works fantastically!I've tried several light sticks and this is BY FAR the best one I've used. I don't use the flashlight feature, and I saw some others give it lower ratings, but to be honest for the few minutes that I tried it out when I received the product it didn't seem all that bad to me, I just don't ever use it. The light stands up fairly well on its end, but I will be 3D printing a magnetic mount for the handle.The design is good, the material quality seems to be high, and it is a good size. The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is that the battery is not compatible with standard 18650 cells. It also would not charge properly on my Anker charger (EDITED: IT DOES WORK AFTER FIXING THE SPRINGS), so I had to use the provided charger or another "dumb" charger.

I had this light replaced twice for mainly the recharge problem. I was told by company that it was corrected and it appears that it may have been. I only used a few times and stored it in original box. Used it today and all was fine until bulb would no longer perform correctly. Never dropped or mishandled. Pure crap... don't think about purchase. I believe company is out of business because customer service number is no good!!

Super bright light
Super bright light it's nice that you don't have to click through all the settings when you have it on 100% or what ever setting after 5 sec and click again it turns off I do wish it had a magnetic clip for the trouble light attachment
