Beautiful bitter taste. Might overwhelm the taste buds at first. But I liked it. Melts on the tongue. They claim to have no sugar, and taste feels so.Love the taste though. Better than the Amul 99% ultimate dark

Ultimate 99% Dark Chocolate
As much as 99% on the cover says, it's purely as bitter as it can be. I must admit that it's so bitter to the core, contains no added sugar and it can wake you up while you're dozing 😂. The colour is chocolaty dark and smooth. I couldn't eat it straight away so I prepared a "Chocolate Tea" with one tablet for one cup and the taste it gave was awesome. It's purely worth the money for me, I like it and I will buy more again. I wanted to try the "Bitter Chocolate" and this is exactly the one. If you want to experience the BITTER CHOCOLATE then here is your stop.

I have bought this chocolate from Amazon twice and both times it was delivered completely melted and disfigured. Chocolate is really amazing however, so do consider getting it from some other etailer and not Amazon

Too sweet
Does anyone else feel like there's more than 6 grams of sugar per 100 grams in this chocolate? The sweetness seems quite pronounced for that amount of sugar. 😅The chocolate is always disfigured everytime I get it.

Has strong milky chocolatey taste, thanks to lower sugar content (around 25%, compared to ~50% for most other milk chocolate).Nice taste, aroma and texture.

Melts in mouth
Even for 99% cocoa, there is not much bitterness. Melts like a butter in mouth and taste is awesome. The high quality is felt in every bit. I am so satisfied
