I like the way it fits and stays on when its frozen. My eye Dr. said to use it as I have very dry eyes that the eye drops don't really help. If I put this on my eyes for 10 minutes my eyes feel much better, and bonus takes the puffiness out from under eyes.

Whenever I put this in the freezer and it gets all cold, it takes about 10-15 minutes for it to cool down again. Very sad :(. Its a good night mask though! Because its weighted, comfy and soft. So depending on what you will use it for, i recommend/don't recommend it for you.

My 85 year old mom needed this after suffering from dry eyes. She accidentally left it at a hotel and requested I order another one immediately. It provides soothing relief for dry, scratchy, swollen eyes. We will always keep on of these on hand for her.

This is a nice gel mask. I have used to both with heat and cold. It is comfortable and fits well.
