I experienced this pillow when staying at an AirBnB rental. After three days of sleeping in that bed I found that the pain I always experience in my left neck/shoulder after sleeping had gone away. So I had to order one for home. I find it just the right mix of firm and soft, it supports my head and neck and was a reasonable price.In the end my husband asked me to get him one because I was so enthusiastic. He only sleeps with this pillow. I even take mine on trips!

Vaccum sealed, gets back into shape very quickly after unpacking. Cool to the touch and soft. Comfortable to sleep on. Did what instructions said to wash the pillow before use and followed further instructions. Pillow still smells "funky" even after washing it. Hopefully that will go away sooner than later. Instructions also says that is has some "smell/odor" to it.Would buy again as of now, in hopes the funky smell goes away.

The feel is a bit lumpy, but it plumps nicely.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much I like this pillow. The first night, it was too full and too firm. I removed about an eighth of the foam and the next night it was dang near perfect. Perfect enough for every night since then! It settles down quite nicely to cradle your head and upper shoulders without smashing into your neck. Was it worth the money? Yes, I should have gotten myself one sooner and saved myself from the pile of discarded pillows that I have tried!It’s well worth the money and I hope that it continues to provide the comfort and support I need through time.

These pillows feel so amazing. I put a satin pillowcase on them and that helps me with my sleep and not feeling hot at night.
