Great resource for enhanced health
Great book - Angela shares her journey and the knowledge she has gained to become healthy and live younger longer. It is an excellent resource and makes sense of current thinking on many aspects of health, lifestyle, sleep, nutrition, supplements, breathing and exercise. Having avidly listened to Angela and her guests on her High Performance Health Podcast, I am so grateful that Angela has put into print details of what she has learned to optimise your mind, body and lifestyle. Now having enjoyed reading the book it’s up to me to do the hard part of implementing changes. Some are easy, others will take time and thanks for the guide.

A must read for everyone! Brilliant.
Fantastic book. I read this in one day! It is a fascinating yet comprehensive guide to better health. Everything is actionable and not over whelming. It’s a must read for anyone interested in living a more fulfilled life with more energy and an understanding of what really works to make this happen. Robyn

Fantastic book!!!
Fantastic book I can hardly put it down. Extra happy with the big ish print as it’s so easy to read without glasses on for a nice change xx I follow this author on Facebook and Instagram and her podcast and it’s wonderful to have all her wisdom in one place x

Up to date information on health
Gathers together widely available information into one book. Combines well known information with the less well known or harder to find. I'm probably too much of an ordinary mortal to live up to the counsels of perfection completely but the health advice is something to aspire to. At times contradictory, eg bulletproof coffee is good but elsewhere coffee beans are bad but then moves on to talk about the benefits of caffeine. Section on different types of breathing was helpful. The content is good but the proof-reading has been less successful.

Interesting book that covers sleep, movement nutrition and and supplements. Takes complicated scientific topics and makes them easy to read.

This book will help you improve your health !
This book is easy to read and inspires you to take action to improve your health, whatever stage of your health journey you are on. I listen to the Author's Podcast regularly and this book covers many of the topics that are discussed on the show in more detail, and you can refer back and read it again! This really is the book to buy if you want to be the best version of yourself in 2022. Highly recommended
