I would say they last 2-3 hours, but they work very well. The ring is soft rubber or very bendy. But we had crawfish dissecting today and it worked. All I smelled was eucalyptus. My partner used Vicks vapor rub and she course smell everything. And dead crayfish are NASTY. But these were great and very discreet! I haven’t tried to reuse them yet but sooooo worth the cost just for today.

Purchased early April, now late Aug. I work in vet med, often doing exams/house calls, surgery or autopsies or dissections (vet school) and sometimes the smells are... strong... I got these because sheep and all anal glands in particular can be quite smelly and once I tried these I had no issues at all. I chose the citrus to use first from the kit and have since reused it by adding my own essential oils and until recently they fit very well in my nose (both with and without a mask). I tend to use the same diffuser so I'm sure the plastic has stretched a little bit which caused it to fall out of my nose when I removed my mask but the kit came with multiples so I really can't complain that I got almost 5 months of weekly use out of one diffuser

Bought for my daughter-in-law (dental hygiene). She phoned to say a big thank-you after using them in her mask with 'one of those patients'. Said it worked like a charm!
