Only Sandals I Wear
These are the only sandals I wear. They're the only supportive flops that don't make my feet feel weird when I put on my shoes; other brands of orthopedic-type flops made my legs and feet have to readjust to my shoes or boots every time I put them on. Also, Telics last a really long time. Bear in mind that they will shrink a little if you use them in heat, like the shower. Also, they can be a little tight and awkward for 1-2 days when you first get them, but they do break in and form to your foot. They're expensive for sandals, but you get what you pay for! :)

Don’t let out in the sun
Be careful to store them out of the sun when not in use. My husband (size 10) kept complaining they are too small and he said they keep getting harder and harder to fit in. I kind of laughed it off, but then I noticed his heel was half on the ground and realized they really looked much smaller.Surprise: when I tried them on they fit me and I am size6-7…so they shrank at least 4 numbers. But I didn’t need flip-flops…now I’ve got one pair. So if anyone buys a size a bit bigger…they can let them out in the sun until they shrink to just the perfect size. At least we all had a great laugh. Made me think of that joke on what calories are….they are those bastards that get in the closet during the night to shrink your clothes.

Thank you Terox!
I have plantar fasciitis and summer is always a problem because I love to wear sandals, but they are murder on my arches. I wear orthotics the rest of the year, and then comes summer, and I have to go around flat footed. I first bought the Oofos sandal and love those! I wanted a second pair and decided to try the Terox. They are equally wonderful and fit about the same. The arch support helps my feet so much and the spongy-like cushioning gives amazing shock absorption, which protects my feet from all-day fatigue. I have always gone barefoot around the house, and it has finally dawned on me that I need to protect my arches all day, so I use my second pair in the house now. For me going barefoot is a difficult habit to break, but I am wearing them at home about 70% of the time now and that seems to be helping. I suggest wearing these sandals for a couple hours a day and work up because the realignment due to the arch support takes your body a little getting used to.This type of sandal may not be for everyone who likes cute little sandal styles, but I simply have to go with comfort and protection. I have the thong style so cannot comment on the slide.I also tried the Zori, Orthoheel, and Spenco with great hopes they would work for me. They are very nice sandals and also fit a wide foot and have pretty good arch support, but the sole material is just too hard and they do not provide the step recovery I need. Love these sandals. They're like walking on little pillows.

What is going on Telic???
I love Telics. This is the 4th pair I have bought. I reordered the same color and size as last time, however these are too small! Not only were they too small but they were coated in an oily substance and the contour at the top has changed. I don't know if they have changed manufacturers or what but the ones I just received felt gross with the oil on the shoe on my feet - not sure if washing them will get the oil off as I am sending these back. I have reordered one size up and hopefully they will work. Other reviews have said they are running small so I'm not sure why Telic has changed their sizing unless they have changed who manufactures them. The last set I bought (1 blue, 1 black) they both fit perfectly (both size small according to my shoe size 8). I thought the shoe fairy came in and switched out my black pair (no one else I know wears these so they couldn't have been switched) and I thought I was loosing my mind because the black pair was way too small when I went to put them on one day. They were not left in sun - they weren't in extreme heat. I have NO IDEA what in the world cause it!! I am attaching proof of the shrinkage between my old pair of blue and black along with bottom of shoe to show the "S" size. The new pair that I just received not only has a decepancy in the size but the contour at the top is not the same as you can see in the final two pics.I'm at a loss...

sizing chart may be good, it's the shoes quality control on sizing that's off
Well should have took to heart what was being said about sizing. Had a gut feeling they were correct and they were. The sizing chart told me a 9....so if you wear one size and sometimes have to jump to the next size, save yourself a possible headache and order the next size up. I don't like all of the different prices for the different sizes and colors either. So may not order again. I used some points off a credit card to get this price down to $14. Ordered the black in a 9...slightly too small by 1/4 to 1/2 inch. Quality control seems to be an issue here. So I'm returning them for a size 10. However if I want a size 10 in black I now have to pay $44+ and the size 9 was $28 and some change. REALLY? Are you using special rubber for the extra 1 inch?! Ridiculous. I'm tired of paying high prices for flip flops when it's painfully obvious they can be sold a little cheaper. Ok back to sizing...My Oofos were a true size 9 fit and definitely a softer, squishier sole and were the best so far for my severe PF, but since my puppy has ate 2 pairs, one at $36 and one at $49, I thought I'd give these a try. So I'm now going to order the dark blue for the $28 in a size 10. Even though the 9 was small, to be fair, I felt that the arch would get me the support I need. I will re-post my findings when I get the next pair......I'm hoping they are soft enough. With severe planter fasciitis you want soft. PS, they did arrive way faster then expected so that was awesome! I don't use prime

Best Purchase I've Ever Made!!!!!
I love these sandals, they are the best thing I've ever purchased. I have a very high falling arch from dance & was not looking forward to spending $450.00 on special orthodic sandals when I happened across these in a small flip flop store in Detroit. Within half an hour of putting these sandals on my feet, knees & back felt 10xs better. Unfortunately they weren't available in Canada & I had to make do with just the one pair I bought, until I happened across them on Amazon. These are more precious than gold to me because it means I can now walk mostly pain free & can do it in colours other than just the black I originally bought.

We’ll worth the money!
A great foot support. I do a lot of walking and my feet hurt in the morning. I slip these on first thing in the morning and have instant relief. I will be sure to get an outdoor pair for the summer.

My favourite summer sandals
This is my second pair of black flip flops - I wore the sole off my last pair. I have plantar fasciitis and a high arch and these give me more relief than any other shoes. They have a nice thick sole and good arch support. I have a pair in every colour and have been wearing them for several years without much wear. I highly recommend them for anyone with a high arch and/or plantar fasciitis.
