I was absolutely floored by the packaging these showed up in. I wouldn't hesitate to give these as a gift. They were packaged so beautifully, everything screams luxury. If someone gave these to me as a gift, I would think they spent hundreds on them. I haven't slept on them yet. I am waiting for my new pillows, but they feel incredible. They are soft and smooth but the fabric feels strong. They don't feel like they will come apart with the first wash or use. Sturdy fabric but also light and silky. I love them. You won't be disappointed. My only disappointment is that I could not get them in a royal blue color, but the pale blue is very pretty.

This pillowcase feels luxurious, it’s heavy and not too slick, and it kept my hair smooth by the morning. It washes well, had another brand, it came apart by the zipper after a few washings. I like the envelope style around the pillow. Definitely worth the money.

What a difference! I have very sensitive skin. This pillow case is wonderful and doesn't irritate my skin in the least. Finally, something works for my skin! Satin feels nice but isn't wonderfully breathable or feel quite as delicious as silk. Well worth the money!

Fishers Finery Black Label 30 mm 100% pure mulberry silk pillowcases are simply the finest available. Beautiful design, very high quality silk, sustainably manufactured. Love the generous 8-inch pocket and strong seams. Packaging is gorgeous too, perfect for gifting. Comes with a net bag for laundering, though I handwash (using Heritage Park Silk & Wool Laundry Detergent available on Amazon), hang dry until slightly damp, and lightly iron. They wash beautifully. Gentle on skin and hair. Hair is noticeably less dry and holds longer between washings. One of my all-time favorite Amazon purchases. Highly recommend!

I have a type of alopecia where I am losing my hair over my entire head rather than in patches. Both are awful if you ask me. I try everything that is supposed to help your hair. Silk pillow cases are supposed to be easier on your hair, and I would have to say with silk pillow cases there is less tangling in my hair. A very good thing for me, less tangling, less shedding when I comb my hair in the morning. I have bought 22 mm silk pillow cases and have had success with less tangling, I purchased these silk pillow cases because they are 30 mm. My hope was it would cause even less tangling. I want to hang onto my hair as long as possible. Sadly the amount of tangling is no less than the 22 mm pillow cases I had already purchased. I will say I do think they are softer and feel very good against my face. Are they really softer than the 22 mm? I think the answer to that question is subjective. A $137 is an expensive experiment. I can honestly say I have no regrets about buying them. I can also honestly say if hair tangling is your issue I think you’d be ok getting a lesser expensive pillow case. If softness against your skin is the issue, I’m on the fence whether a 30 mm or a 22 mm is best. Both are soft. If money is an issue, they are many choices on Amazon that are less expensive. If this is a gift, I’d go with these, they are packaged beautifully, and make a lovely presentation. If you want the recipient to know you didn’t skimp on cost, I’d go with these. I only gave 4 stars because the hair tangling is no less than a 22 mm pillow case. The quality is first rate. I gave 3 stars for value for the money for the same reason, there are less expensive options that will do the same claims of softness and less hair tangling. Don’t get me wrong, these are very nice, well made pillow cases. Word of warning, hand wash, hand wash, hand wash!!!! Line dry, line dry, dry!!!! These pillow cases, no matter how much you spend, will lose their softness if machine washed and dried, even on delicate wash, and air/fluff dry. I know this for a fact, I made the mistake of machine wash, fluff dry. I do not personally think you have to go the dry cleaning route. Fishers Finery does come with washing instructions, it tells you hand wash, it does go onto say dry cleaning is better. Use wool lite, do not wring or twist. Wrap in a towel, gently press the water out and hang to dry. I hope this helps with your decision.

I love love love that I wake up in the morning without bed head. I have long thin hair and until I found these I would wake up with frizzy, crinkly messy hair. I have tried cheaper brands but Fishers is a better quality and my hair proves it.

I’m in the trade and know fabrics. This review is specifically about a Fisher set, I bought over two years ago. The seams are tight and smooth to touch!FYI…silk is graded and momme relates to the thickness. Higher momme means heavier silk, which will last longer with proper care.Noted some negative reviews…Silk is a fabric and not stain proof. It’s also more delicate than cotton so proper care will increase its longevity.Caring for silk: Make sure to remove makeup before bed. Apply moisturizers and allow to dry before bed.Pre-Treat Stains: If you have any stains, use an Enzyme cleaner and pre-treat before washing.Washing Silk: (Heat destroys all fabrics eventually.) Place silks in mesh bags. Use a silk wash, select dedicate cycle on the washing machine in cold water only.Dry Silk: Place mesh bags in the dryer on LOW HEAT and a short cycle so the silk is still damp. Then remove silks from the bag and finish drying on “air” fluff only! This method reduces wrinkles and leaves your silks…silky smooth.Sensitive skin? Choose “Natural Undyed” silks, which are minimally processed. Colored silks undergo a chemical processing and use of dyes.

I have 22 momme silk pillowcases from a leading brand. My Fisher's Finery doesn't have a zipper, but it stays on my pillow. At 30 mommes, this is the thickest, most luxurios sulk pillowcase I have found.

I had purchased from two their competitors and I was not impressed. The quality from Fisher Finery is really good on this 30 momme pillowcase and I intend to buy more.I wish they would make double sided 25 or 30 momme bonnets! I have been searching high and low for when I am traveling to protect my hair, washing my face and in addition to the pillowcase itself.

I don’t know how I have gone this long with out realizing how amazing great silk is for bedding. This is beautiful quality. Have washed and dried it with no issues. It’s just so soft and luxurious. My hair doesn’t Matt anymore from the pillow case. It was a big issue for awhile there and this has fixed it. Much better than satin. Don’t waste your money there just buy this case. I tried other silk cases and I like them too but this is the best out of the ones I have bought.

I don't know what it is but it's not silk.And if it does, it's really not good. Feel synthetic. Won't buy again.
