Barcelona Tiles: Artists' Colouring Book (Multilingual Edition) (Artists' Colouring Books) (English and German Edition) Paperback – January 8, 2015

H’okay, so some of the images aren’t centered and awkwardly tiled but collectively this is a really fun grouping of images to color, pencil, paint or pen. My favorite medium is gel pen but if you’re up for a challenge the paper will hold up to colored pencil, marker, and gouache paint. Quality paper, interesting designs and the cathartic monotony of mindless coloring, pepin press always delivers. Lines are faint so if your eye sight is failing it may lead to frustration but I don’t think you can go wrong. If new to pepin press products I’d suggest starting with their postcards or tile sized books their artist sized or even jumbo can be a daunting task (not to mention an ink drainer) for the beginning colorist. I didn’t mind this book and the few images that were offcenter allowed me the opportunity to play with different mediums (you can also cut the down with an healing mat and exacto knife. The world is yours, squirrel! ;P

I wish the patterns were a little more intricate but otherwise very good quality.

Designs often MUCH too small, crayon doesn't work well, sharpies get soaked up and wax really doesn't work. I am a little disappointed.

Ink on prints is very very light and off center

Beautiful, gorgeous book. The quality of the paper (or should I say artist quality thick watercolour card) is just great. The paper has a lovely bubbly appearance which I'm sure will take colour well. I haven't started in this yet because it's that beautiful that I don't want to spoil it by doing one when I'm not in the mood to give it 110%. It's so lovely, I'm almost scared to use it. The patterns are fabulous and detailed. The print is extremely fine - which makes it hard to see easily - but that effect will add to the finished result, I think. This is worth every penny I paid for it and more. Would wholeheartedly recommend this book to all. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. I'll be buying more of Pepin's books. Just fabulous. 👍💗

Loved this book. Paper fab quality, these book from pepen are the best on the market. There are acid free and 180 gem paper. The designs are great, paper as usual is great , the patterns are excellent and no seep through or puckering of paper. I have a number of colouring books, different ones from pepen and love them all. if I could have given an higher score I would have. Best book in town. Please try them, I promise you will not be disappointed.

A lot of different designs, good quality paper and I have had no problems with bleed through. My only tiny negative is that I would have prefered the outlines to be slightly darker, I am happy to recommend this book.

This is an amazing colouring book, as all Roojen books are. Printed on high quality 300 gsm watercolour paper, the images are very precise, fine lines. An absolute delight and pleasure to colour in, any of the wonderful images would look fantastic framed and displayed on the wall.

If you love colouring with any medium you will just love this book. Beautiful designs.
