I've always loved stir-fry dishes but never thought I could make restaurant-quality dishes at home until I got this book! This cookbook makes wok cooking approachable, even for beginners. The step-by-step instructions are clear, and I love how the recipes use easy-to-find ingredients without compromising on flavour. There's an excellent combination of old-fashioned and creative dishes and all the recipes take less than 30 minutes to prepare. And the tips on how to season things and maximize a wok were worth their weight in gold. If you love wok, this book must be on your kitchen shelf!

The book has a wide range of recipes, some more interesting than others. I tried the Garlic-Ginger Chicken with Snow Peas, and it was simple and quick to make. You just marinate the chicken, stirfry everything, and you're done in 15 minutes. it’s a helpful book for anyone wanting to get creative with their wok

Great variety of delicious Asian recipes - a healthier alternative to takeaways.
This book offers a great variety of Asian recipes as well as helpful tips and techniques for cooking using a wok. The recipes are quick and easy to follow - the ones we have tried have all been delicious and full of flavour. I really like the fact the recipes are healthier than takeaways. I’m looking forward to trying more recipes over the coming months! It’s just a shame there are no pictures.

Being a busy professional this book has plenty of quick tadty recipies that i can plan out for the week.Easy to follow guides to follow guides and knowing i'm getting a great meal makes me happy

Easy recipes, ideal for busy people
As a busy professional, I’m always looking for easy recipes while still wanting to explore different cuisines. That’s where this book comes in handy because I can read it on my Kindle on my way home from work and plan my dinner easily. I also enjoyed reading about the history and traditions around wok cooking.

Print quality on front cover is blurry.No photography of recipes and all the recipes just follow on like a reading book.Not very inspiring
