I am SO happy I bought this device. Honest to gosh I have had acne and/or struggled with my pores my whole life. I have tried everything that I possibly could at home with all the research and following of skincare gurus online but nothing was giving me that edge to take my skincare to the next level. LET ME TELL YOU, if you want extra help clearing your pores because washing and exfoliating and chemical BHAs and whatnot and serums just can’t get you past a certain point and you still struggle with the look of pores and size, seriously GET THIS. GET THIS. Period. It is relatively easy to use, it’s a sturdy and less expensive extraction device that you would get with treatment at a salon. It really has taken my skin and the size of my pores to the next level, even my boyfriend noticed after about 2 weeks of using it every 4 days. He says he’s noticed sizeable changes in my problem areas around my nose and chin and T zone. I don’t have terrible acne, not even moderate or mild, but my pores just always have trouble getting completely clean. This helps tremendously. I honestly love this device so much. Only thing I would say is, even if you have oily zones or oily skin or if you have sensitive skin, it WILL leave what looks like track/drag marks with the first few times you use it but over time your skin will get used to it and they will become less and less visible and prominent until they don’t happen. Also don’t become overzealous/excited when you first use it and become addicted because you will start to notice days later that your skin barrier will become dryer and possibly get flaky skin if you use it too often cuz you’re sucking all the oil out too often. Your face needs oil but it doesn’t need to be removed everyday. Please space out your sessions. Also HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend a facial steamer treatment before using it because you will notice a huge difference in how easily the stuff in the pores is extracted compared to when you don’t do one. If you need a recommended steamer, pure clean facial steamer (looks like a circle with a sunflowerish design in the center). The suction is 3 levels of suction customizable to your preference (recommended low for the first few times). Also, 6 different suction devices to put on the camera, you will find one that you prefer to use all the time. That’s it, that’s the review. I wish you all the best with using this product. Okay so I know this isn’t it’s intended use, but I used this today to remove a little crumb of glass that I had gotten in my foot. It was so small that I couldn’t grab it with tweezers or see the end of it, but then I realized I had this machine that might help! It helped me see the end of the glass, and figure out which direction to try to get it out. Eventually I sucked it right out! I’m freaking ecstatic at the possibility of being able to use this to remove splinters and things in the future.I bought it for blackheads, and it deals with those really well too. All in all I’m very happy with this product!

I tried it a couple of times and is really nice

Works as advertised. The app and the instructions on how to setup the app are very poor, almost wrong instructions. There is no support and that's why I subtracted a star. But, once you figure out how to connect it is works as advertised. Now, the camera magnification is too big (too close) so while you may think this is good it is in fact somewhat useless. After the initial use of the camera I stopped using the camera and now I just have a "path" a routine I use it for and it does the job very well. Also, trying to use the camera makes you hold still in a spot for too long thinking you can get a stubborn head out, that would be a mistake. You need to keep moving it. Like others have mentioned, Do Not keep the suction in a place too long you will regret it, but the bruise from the suction goes away quickly.
