1st pic: Wrong item sent last April. I bought the X-pac pouch in medium, but notice I was sent the ballistic nylon one 2nd pic: I ordered the travel organizer (supposedly last stock) and was sent the X-pac pouch in large (which is also cheaper than what I ordered) 3rd pic: just a size comparison of the two for reference What is with DEFY BAGS and fulfilling orders? Do they use a roulette to determine what they're going to send their customers? Mid-April, I ordered the "Project X-Pac™ Medium Pouch" but was sent the "Project Ballistic Medium Pouch". I chalked it up to human error, contacted Amazon to resolve it and thought nothing of it despite the initial upset. Things were squared away. Then this happens...again. Start of May, I ordered the "Premium Tech Wallet Pouch Water Repellent Travel Organizer" (costs $37.99) and was sent the "Project X-Pac™ Large Pouch" (costs $30). I just finished chatting with an Amazon rep about this issue. But BUYER BEWARE. DEFY BAGS is careless and fulfills orders incorrectly. What's more, the burden of fixing things is initially placed upon the customer. I'm not sure, but are they just like this towards overseas customers? We're asked to drive to returns, wait for a refund...meanwhile, we have to miss a work day and paying for gas all because the seller decided to pick out random things to send. Why are sellers allowed to do this at all? Is there no way to discourage them from sending out incorrect, cheaper items than what was paid for? I'm hoping this trend is just with this particular seller who's botching their international orders. Still, might be wise to be wary of this storefront. Not buying from DEFY BAGS again.

Love the look, feel, and reliability of this wallet. I've had it for several months and it is still looking good as new. Zipper is high quality, reliable, and seals well against the elements. I've been careful not to drop it in water or mud, but even if that happened, I'm confident it would be easy to clean and the contents would be mostly if not completely untouched. One drawback is that the zipper will get caught on card edges on the inside, so when you go to open or close you may cut a bit into the plastic edges of your credit cards. Not that big a deal for me, but could be a drawback for some. Would highly recommend, especially at the price point

It’s pretty tiny, but holds what I need for my Invisalign care when I’m out: portable toothbrush, breath spray and tray cleaner. Too small for the trays though.

I like this travel pouch. My original intention was to use it as a high quality wallet to hold cash and coin. While it IS high quality with a good material (x-pac) and zipper, it is too "firm" to use as a daily wallet (I live in the cash-based country of Ecuador). I use it to store extra cash and cards and keep them organized and separated within my drawer/suitcase/bag. In other words, I use this as a money holder, not a wallet. It's good for what I am using it for, but I would NOT use this as a daily wallet. To use as a daily wallet, I would want the material to be more stretchy and flexible, and x-pac is NOT it. Regardless, this is a very well made pouch, and I enjoy it for its supplementary use case. Definitely high quality and well made.

Fantastic little x pac pouch. Really well made - all Defy’s products are - will probably outlast me.
