Smoke baby Smoke
Beginner smoker enthusiast, picked this up mainly based on brand reputation and cost. We have smoked 3 times on this with zero issues. The unit performs flawlessly, def. a learning curve to the whole "smoking" thing in general but if you are looking to get started this ones awesome!

This Is A Good Smoker!
Love this smoker. I was worried at first by the reviews I read about dents and damage in shipping. I received mine on 3/16/25 and it was perfect, no damage at all. Not sure how any damage can happen the way it is packaged. Easy to assemble, took me 2 hours but I was taking my time while enjoying a cocktail or two. Fired it up for the first time today (3/17), 47 degrees outside and had no problem reaching 305 degrees. This is going to be perfect for low and slow smoking at 225 degrees. The door has a good seal too, no leaking smoke from it. This is a good smoker. The one thing I do not like is the thermometer that came with the unit would not go over 250 degrees when the ThermoPro probes said 305 degrees. Most thermometers that come with smokers and grills are never right.

Descent
The media could not be loaded. I've fed family and friends 3 times so far! I've always wanted a smoker and my first smoker was this thing. My first product was Brisket, never used a smoker it was good, but I would not rely on YouTube to make your "first" Brisket. Also I feel that the seal around the door could be a little better because when cooking I could literally see inside the smoker by looking in the top of the smoker. It still made great food. I did ribs last. I didn't take pics of the brisket because I was not happy with the end result although everyone said it was good even little ones who were there

Well Buit Sturdy Smoker
After using for a few months I find it to be sturdy and it functions very well for the most part. Out of the box it was easy to assemble for someone with a bit of a mechanical background. There is much about this unit that i like; easy to access wood chip box, good door latch, good temperature range, to either smoke, grill or roast your meats, and/or veggies. Thermometer conveniently located on door. I have smoked Boston Butt, chicken, and baked potatoes, all to my families satisfaction. My one minor issue is the touchy burner control. This unit has a two stage burner. Obviously for two different temperature ranges. There is no indication on the adjustment knob to let you know when either one or both burners are ignited. The flame is impossible to see with the wood chip box in place and the door closed. One must watch the built in thermometer for a good while after start-up to see that the correct temperature is maintained. Once it is stabilized it will hold the temp., at least the temp. I use most for smoking, 225 F. I mention this so maybe the designers will take note and make modifications for future models. All in all it is well built, sturdy, and I look forward to many years of service. I will mention that for years I avoided smokers with glass in the doors, as it don't take long to cloud up. After using this model with glass in the door I find that after smoking, a quick cleaning of the glass from the interior side with paper towels and glass cleaner keeps it clear and ready for the next use. I would recommend this smoker to any grill master or novice that loves smoked meat, fish and veggies.

The Best Propane wood smoker out there.
Very good smoker and i think for a propane smoker this is the best out there. I have tried many different smokers only to send them back ive been smoking briskets, chickens, ribs everything for 25 years and this is the best one ive ever owned. The only thing i wish it had was 2-4 more inches for width. The other wider Pit Boss smoker is a pellet smoker and doesn’t work properly.

Proceed with caution
I didn't discover this till it was put together. I have 1 leg with the rollers that is broke, not by me, a dent in the side of the unit, the starter doesn't work. I'm not happy at all.

Not exactly what was expected.
Works only with propane and a small tray of pellets. Not electric. DO NOT just "set and forget" this smoker! It must be watched to ensure pellets are not spent, and it also uses a water tray that needs refilling frequently! (Every 30 mins approx.) It smokes well, but is obviously higher maintenance to operate that anticipated.
