This remote is cheaper and useful when your TV is old but will see for how much time long can be used and it would be good if battery was loaded with it

Wrong status update on replacement
I placed replacement of this product as it wasn’t working, but the status says replacement is completed but no one came and replaced as I will have item with me and waiting for lat 2 weeks. No option to complain on this
