This is great and VERY comfortable! There were a lot of size choices and I made the right ones. Be sure to get an accurate measurement of your neck and the vertical distance from your chin to collarbones. I got the tallest version which fits and supports with no strain or pressure. It's just keeping the neck straight. My neck has given me trouble since it was damaged in an accident when I was a little child. Sleeping can be painful, no matter what position I take, but this cervical collar already feels like a healthy solution.

I was looking for relief as my neck and shoulders muscles were very tense and felt weak. I had recently injured my left shoulder, rotator cuff. I was given a sling, but that aggravated it and caused my back to tense in my neck and my shoulders. I used heat to help relax the tension. I was in excruciating pain. I had gone to see a doctor and was referred to PT. In the meantime, I purchased a back brace to help support my back. The back supporter helped, but I was beginning to have trouble lifting my head up. Also, I was getting tingling in my fingers. I went to PT and was put in a traction apparatus and it helped. I only went twice and only on the apparatus once. I was still in pain still using heat to help the tension. I looked into a neck brace and I'm happy I did. This brace is a lifesaver! I put it on and what a difference it made! I had it on for about an hour and the relief was immediate. This brace is simple and it is so comfortable. It is relieving the pain in my shoulders and helping my head from tilting downward. The brace is soft, but holds its shape for ultimate comfort. I am very pleased with my purchase.

This is a decent product and a good price. I bought it to replace our old soft collar which was labelled as 3.5 inches. This was too wide and kept sliding up over the chin! Our original had a more contoured shaped with a slight cut out in the front and tapered towards the back.

I bought this Soft Foam Neck Brace hoping for relief from neck pain and to support my neck while sleeping. It does offer some support and feels soft against the skin, which is a plus. The adjustable fit was easy to manage, and the size (XL, 3” depth) seemed right for my needs. However, after wearing it for a few nights, I found it wasn’t quite firm enough for prolonged use or more serious support. It starts to compress and lose shape over time, especially if you move a lot in your sleep. Also, it gets a bit warm and uncomfortable after a while. Overall, it’s okay for short-term or mild support, but if you need something more durable or firm after an injury, you may want to consider a different collar.

This neck brace is not overly bulky, fits as it should, and is very comfortable. Following my car accident, it proved to be extremely helpful. Thank you.

Excellent collar, but a key point: you absolutely must select the right size. This is underappreciated when just looking at any given collar. If you pick the wrong size it doesn't matter how good it is otherwise, it won't fit you and it'll be completely useless. I picked the exact right size for my neck, and it has worked out brilliantly. It's comfortable, easy to put on and take off, it has a cutout to accomodate your chin, and it's doing exactky what it's supposed to. Very happy with this purchase and the size options available - other brands had only two sizes and it just wasn't enough. This one ticks off all the boxes, and I couldn't be happier.

Great collar for injury where your neck needs support. Only problem I saw with the collar was the velcro straps inside the collar scratch and irritate the neck when in use. I would use something to cover the velcro up first and then put it on. I put a cotton blend sleeve on it that one uses to keep the collar from dust. **Do not use this collar if you had spinal neck surgery and are looking for something more comfy to sleep in. this may keep your neck straight but it doesn't prevent your head from twisting. Which is a big no no for cervical spinal patients.**
