This is a brand new Ruby Electronics CEM DT-5302 certified digital multimeter with 4 probe wires and back-light LCD display. This top-of-the-line device not only measures voltage up to 1000V (DC and AC), it also measures current, capacitance and small resistance in great accuracy. The 4-wire configuration allows the small resistance measurement range down to 400 milli-ohm at 0.1 milli-ohm resolution with up to 200mA test current. The back light 4000-count LCD screen allows you to read easily in the dark. The meter also comes with a heavy duty carrying case to protect your device when working in the field.

Milliohm meter
I had wanted a milliohm meter for years and recently started some projects that made it necessary.Low resistance measurements require 4-wires and Kelvin clips for decent accuracy.This meter does the job nicely and it's price was less than half of the others I considered.While it does not have seven digits of accuracy, it also did not cost ten thousand dollars.

not at all bad for the money
The dievice seems to be reasonably well made. I have only had a brief time to use it, but the results seem to be ok. I have no way to calibrate it, but the results I needed were relative so that likely isn't a problem.Only complaint would be that the clips are a bit cheesy. If I ever get in the mood, I suppose I will make up some better ones.Not a kiethley or agilent, but then it is 1/4 the price so I cannot complain at all.

Great product for the price.
Nice product. Watch the battery indicator though. When you see it the readings start to be off a bit.
