Light Duty wrist protection. Great for skating but Size up!
The media could not be loaded. These are the perfect balance of protection and comfort. I needed something that I could wear on my daily commute on my electric skateboard. Something I could stash easily in my backpack when not in use and I can get on and off easily. These were the quickest on/off due to it’s a simple glove-like design. The molded plastic palm guards cover the entire base of your hand unlike the splint style. The stiff plastic guard feels solid but flexible due to it being thinner overall but covers a wider part of your hand. It’s a single piece that connects to the wrist brace and tightens down with a thick wrist strap. Perfect for skating. Maybe not as much wrist protection as stiffer bulkier splint guards. I can flex my wrist a bit but can also grab my board easier. The sweatband on top is a nice touch and covers your knuckles.Size up! I followed the sizing instructions and ordered the large but could barely get my hand in them. The XL is perfect. Might be ladies sizing?5 starz!

Roller Derby Player - my favorite equipment
I specifically only buy these style of wrist guards because they are reliable, they protect me, but more importantly they dont have a hard protective piece on the back of my wrist. You may be reading this and this, wait dont you want to protect that too? but no, it just causes me unnecessary pain during all aspects of training and gameplay. So these wrist guards dont have that and I can play for fluidly and without pain.

Very comfortable
Seems durable. I feel confident it will protect my wrist in the event of a fall. I had a similar design as this before and it did an amazing job protecting my wrist from several falls. I purchased size xl instead of large as I usually purchase and this fits great. Allows room for me to wear a glove underneath but also fits snug if I decide not to wear a glove underneath.

sizing is accurate, comfortable
my palm is 7” and i got size small according to the sizing chart. i can wear these guards both bare handed and with thick-ish knitted winter gloves underneath (this is my actual use case bc i wear these for ice skating), obviously the fit is more snug with gloves but still completely doable. i currently have a pretty significantly bruised up palm from falling that can’t really bear any pressure, but i was able to wear this guard on top of my glove for 2 hr without any pain. definitely recommend

Tough little wrist guard
I originally bought the medium size, but it was too small. I exchanged it to the large size. This does run small, so be careful. other than that, I use it for scooter riding. I am feeling much more confident when wearing it. I recently had a fall when riding scooter. my palm was injured, that is why I started looking for protection. This fits very well and offers great protection maybe even too much protection. Once you wear it, you might loss some agility to move your fingers. I would say it is ok for scooter riding. because of the palm protection, I can't hold the scooter handle bar fully inside my palm as compared to not wearing it, but it is really not a big deal. Having had an accident fall recently, I would say this is the one to get for wrist protection. If I fell again, and landed with my palm on the ground, I am confident this would provide support and cushion. I would be in much better position if I fell again. Do get the knee and elbow protection from this brand too, the same model offers also knee protection. Once your knee, palm, elbow and wrist is protected, let it fall, no harm anymore, just make sure you don't fall on the side where cars run over.

Best wrist guards ever
These are so much better than your standard wrist guards. They add protection to a wider area of your palm and last longer due to this wider area distributing impact better. These also stay in place much better than a standard wrist guard and will, therefore, be more comfortable. They can be a little difficult to slide on, but fight perfect once in place. A nice benefit to these guards, is the benefits they add to sliding. Because of the wide plate, you can slide on these when doing hard turns, slides for roller derby, jam-skate dances, or even inline skate slide tricks. These wrist guards will help add tricks to your library and, of course, help protect that precious wrist from damage.I would say one downside to these is they can make planting on quarter pipes more difficult as the plate has less friction on a coping. So planting is still possible, but takes practice to get it right again. Don't worry though, cause you have plenty of finger movement to compensate for this.If you like using wrist guards, then these are probably the best ones you can get. They last a long time and are only like $20. Very much worth the cost. So get them already. Your wrists will thank you and you might start sliding with the best of them.

187 Killer Pads are KILLER!
Best wrist guards available. I have really big hands so XL size option is great. The Derby wrist guard version is superior to the others, because it allows for better "grabability", while protecting a larger portion of the wrist/palm area. These are also designed to reduce the possibility of collateral damage to other parts of the hand, and arm, while absorbing, and deflecting impacts when slamming. They are priced competitively with lesser quality wrist guards, and can help keep you rolling, and doing what you love. Everything 187 Killer Pads offers is THE BEST! 🔥
