This is just like the ones I have used in Physical Therapy. It’s tight for sure, but will loosen up with use.

I bought this to replace one that I lost. I do not use it to assist in pull-ups, rather I use it for certain ab and arm exercises. It works ok, but the material is slightly slippery and stiff compared to my old band. Perhaps it just needs to be broken in.

I have no complaints, It helps me stretch and it's been durable.

Based on reviews was really looking forward to getting these. After removing the small rubber band’s used to keep them folded. I attempted to unfold the Green band first where I encountered areas where it appeared stuck together I tried to carefully separate it but found the material was fused to itself and tore instead. I did the red and blue bands that unfolded more easily but bands were not a consistent colors where they were lightly stuck together. The orange band did the same as the Green band tore as I attempted to unfold. Either these were packaged before they cooled, a chemical reaction caused fusing of material or possibly exposed to extreme heat? Very disappointed, returning.
